How to set up feedback request for client who has been registered xx days, example 15 days after sign up? So, after 15 days, it sends email to clients to request feedback for services?

I can see under Packages > Domain Options > TLD Pricing.

but in the dropdown, I cannot see option for my registar?

It seems there few differences in cpanel and directadmin control panel.

 

after migrating from cpanel to directadmin, 

I get few error in admin area.

 

error 1 : "there is error messege the document root path detected not match the root web directory setting".

error 2 : "a system directory is not writeable"

any ideas how to fix this?
