Hello Notice that the task "Apply Payments to Open Invoices" takes very long to run, I have it set every 5 minutes, yesterday it took 6 hours to complete today it is just circling and says has not run since 2am, so 4 hours so far. Why is this happening, got two PayPal payments yesterday and it did not record them, I had to pay the invoices manually. Please advise. Thank you
  3. Does happen in chrome also which is the main browser I use, does both the no graph and the bleed almost every time but refreshing fixes it.
  4. I have created a screencast video of the redirect, it shows I do not click any buttons and it automatically redirects to PayPal after a few seconds. Would be good if this can be turned off or you can adjust the time. Disregard the protected browser in the video but you can see it redirects to PayPal.   5. As Paul stated it is there. Do you have payments as only subscriptions? Maybe that is the issue, I have as one time and subscriptions. Maybe not sure.
  6. Yes there is a redirect time of a few seconds, I find it is a bit too fast as the client cannot make a decision to pay one time or subscribe. @Paul any update on where I can change the timer? Thank you

  8. Thanks Paul Understand the logic but think it should stay on the page till they choose, I find it redirects quickly, a few seconds, sorry if I said minutes. Can I adjust the redirect time? Thanks again

Hello I notice when the payment page comes up it redirects after a few seconds to non-subscription, (I have one time and subscription enabled) there are link logos for customers to choose if to do a one time or subscription with PayPal so why does it automatically go to the one time payment, shouldn't it stay on the page till the customer chooses the payment they want? Is this how Blesta works? Thank you for any advice on this.

Sorry tried it and it does not work as I want, I have 4 packages with different specs but I only want to use for 1 month but if you choose 3, 6 or 12 months it takes the coupon off any of these amounts. So this is not a fix, you need to have that you can use a coupon for something specific not general. Really hope this can be done. Thank you
  11. Please disregard Paul did not put the "allow coupons" on the order form. Works, so will use this for now. Only issue is I have a number of free month accounts which I cannot convert to paid. Hope a solution is gotten soon.

Understand but you must understand I came from ClientExec who had a automatic free accounts in their system for monthly accounts when clients signed up and would revert to a paid account, Blesta does not do this. I am stuck with a free account which cancels and no way to upgrade to paid. Not the best situation, this means it cancels and no way they can upgrade to a paid account. Not a good situation as imagine you have to backup you files, setup a new account and restore to that account. Again not a good situation, Blesta should be better at this.
  14. Hello Really looking for an easy way I can change the free month plan to a paid plan. The reassign does not work gives an error although I changed and updated the plan. Not sure how to get this to work. Only way I see right now is placing the free plan in the paid plan but prefer keeping separate as persons can downgrade to a free plan. I know @Paul said something was being worked on but in the mean time any ideas as persons have setup their sites on the free and want to upgrade but I do not want to delete the account and ask to make a new package as this will wipe out the free account files. Must be a good way to do this. Thank you in advance for any help on this.

  16. Don't think this works in V4, it does not show in plugins after upload so cannot activate.
  17. Figured something out, use the config file in the template to add a notice. Thanks Daniel for steering me in the right direction.

  19. No answer on this, I just need to add a notice if possible, if not I am hoping this can be corrected very soon as it seems to be an issue.
