    It looks like a scam, and @Paul Covelio is their host. I think personally they are using BuycPanel and haven't updated it after 30 days Go to phpmyadmin @imanoob2000 then go to the settings table then go to license_key what does that say?
  6. You haven't got the correct order form you need to set it as Domain. Looking more closely it might be you have another group. Blue: Domain package group Purple: Hosting packages.
  7. The simple reason I can think of is Softaculous broke something. I'd recommend you install it bare.
  8. cPanel and DirectAdmin are my favourites I did like InterWorx but their UI is dull and doesn't seem they are updating much anymore.

    If you have a valid license all you need to do is enter the license key on installation / if not installing try and log into your admin area you should get a license key pop up. Enter your key into the box and click update. If that doesn't work contact your host and explain they need to give you a proper key. Not sure what you mean by the last bit.

    I'd like to have more of a conversation with you.... Since all I can see is a Proxmox thread, to a refund thread to a selling thread. Did you even try to contact Proxmox since it's their software? Did you try live chat? Discord? Google?

    I haven't removed a thing I'm a user like yourself so why is this "Exactly" what you're talking about? I'm 27 if that really matters. Yes I know it's a "security" feature which causes a lot of issues. It can cause so many more issues than it prevents. It's also on the Blesta documentation for something and CraftSRV a panel I've used tells you to disable it. I tell people who use my own tutorial to disable it: http://blesta.store/plugin/support_manager/knowledgebase/view/17/how-to-install-blesta-on-centos/ I've done it for loads of people who ask me for help to install it and no-one has moaned at me for doing so. No-one has been "hacked" or had a "virus" or whatever that rubbish is good for. Did you ask for help? tried another installation? I've never had issues with trials either on most set-ups from VPS to shared hosting. The only time I've seen a trial fail is because it was already activated on the same domain / location. If you opened a ticket or asked you probably would have got a trial Paul and the guys are open to help and even here or Discord. Explain some of the bugs you've found because I'd personally like to know and I bet the guys at Blesta do too. Open thread, fair enough but the email isn't linked to a thread from what I know about unless Paul has it linked to his forum account here. You didn't know Blesta had a support system? What did you think Blesta was? Did you even see the features / their client area pages? Browse? Research? Google?
  16. Did you open a real ticket? as in account.blesta.com? Languages depend on translate.blesta.com and why do you even have selinux enabled? most people disable it on Centos?
  17. You have the system_hash key in config/blesta.php but break that and your encryptions are all gone. Edit: HAHAHAHAHAH the password from a hash? Erm it's done with Bcrypt which is irreversible like Beav said. There's NO way you can reverse that unless you use a competitor who doesn't use it correctly.
  18. Have you got the cron set-up correctly? Do you have any errors in the logs? tools > logs > modules > click the row background called cPanel.
