How/when Does Recurring Service Orders Be Charged?

ickmund

Question

I created a new package with a term of 1 day. I added this as a service on a client on the 10th. It was instantly invoiced, and the renewal date is at the 11th.

Today is the 14th, and nothing further have been billed. I've run the cron manually to make sure it gets executed.

What am I missing here? How should I set up recurrent billing of services?

Thanks,

/Magnus

So I cannot have a recurrent order? Because from what I can see there's no way to say that the invoice should be recurrent when I add an order.

I guess I don't really understand the basics of the Blesta billing engine. If I have an order form allowing clients to place orders, there is no way to get monthly recurring billing without manually creating the invoice?

As long as the service is 'Active' it should be a recurring invoice according to your described service configuration.  To answer that part of your question you don't have to manually create invoices.  As to why it's not generating new invoices the devs should be able to help there.
