lupus89
Helo, there are some areas that I can not translate, I can not find in the files. Attached photos
0 Tyson
Most of the language you highlighted is in the Support Manager plugin and Order plugin. Look under /plugins/support_manager/language/ and /plugins/order/language/, respectively, for terms. The "Work Phone" language is currently not using language definitions, but we can add that pretty easily in the next version. Also included in the next version will be translated navigation links from plugins as you've highlighted in your screenshot.
0 lupus89
Hello, I have translated this: /manager/plugins/support_manager/language/en_us/support_manager_tickets.php // Log text $lang['SupportManagerTickets.log.department_id'] = 'The department has been changed to %1$s.'; // %1$s is the department name $lang['SupportManagerTickets.log.summary'] = 'The summary has been updated.'; $lang['SupportManagerTickets.log.priority'] = 'The priority has been changed to %1$s.'; // %1$s is the priority $lang['SupportManagerTickets.log.status'] = 'The status has been changed to %1$s.'; // %1$s is the status $lang['SupportManagerTickets.log.ticket_staff_id'] = 'Assigned to %1$s.'; // %1$s is the name of the department staff member the ticket was assigned to $lang['SupportManagerTickets.log.unassigned'] = 'Not Assigned'; but the language does not change in this area. Could it be a bug? Thank you
0 Tyson
The terms you included from the Support Manager are actually logged to the database as written. The language term is used when the action occurs (e.g. assigning the ticket), but when you come back to look at it later, you'll see the log entry in whatever language it was saved in. 0 Paul
Each extension has its own language, look under /components/gateways/nonmerchant/ for each gateway.

0 Paul
You can try uninstalling and re-installing the payment gateway, that may cause it to recognize the change if you translated it properly.
