The email piping is working, because the emails are arriving to Blesta, but whoever sends an email, receives this ( I have changed my email to "email address"): This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. Cody Posted May 14, 2014 Report Share Posted May 14, 2014 The issue appears to be with line 290 in /plugins/support_manager/components/ticket_manager/ticket_manager.php. if ($this->SupportManagerTickets->checkLoopBack($email, $this->max_reply_limit, $this->reply_period)) { Should be: if ($this->SupportManagerTickets->checkLoopBack($address, $this->max_reply_limit, $this->reply_period)) { Does making that change resolve the issue for you?
