Blesta Will Not Upgrade

I have had no luck upgrading from Blesta 3.0.7

 

The following steps do not seem to upgrade Blesta:

 

# wget https://account.blesta.com/client/plugin/download_manager/client_main/download/27/blesta-3.2.0.zip

# unzip blesta-3.2.0.zip

# php public_html/index.php admin/upgrade

I tried as both a normal user and root as well as running the upgrade via the browser instead of the command line. Command line always give the output above and when I log in to the admin area the foot has the following:

What is going wrong with upgrade?

Ensure you've cd /blesta

mv ./* ../ I think (You need to move the files from the blesta folder to your public_html.

Yeah, it looks like you may not have overwritten the files from the 3.2.0 build. Try downloading it to your computer, unpacking it, and uploading it via SFTP or FTP, being sure to overwrite the existing files. Then, try running the upgrader again.
