(Before I Buy) Multicraft Module

oaksvirals

Question

Hello Everyone,

I've been looking at WHMCS and Blesta comparisons and am leaning towards Blesta at the moment. My main concern is with the multicraft module. Will the customer be able to directly log into multicraft and edit their server from there or is it only as I am seeing here: http://www.blesta.com/2014/06/03/new-module-multicraft/

I look forward to your response.

Thanks!

Heya, I responded to your email this morning. As Austin mentioned, yes your clients can log into Multicraft. Blesta's module is the most advanced for Multicraft as many features can be performed in the client area. Check out the documentation at http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Multicraft

In the section "Welcome Email", there is an example email content that includes the Multicraft login credentials.

Hi Paul,

I thought just reply instead of creating a new thread.

I've set up everything as it has to be, but when the customer pays the server goes on pending and I have to activate it before it actually starts..

How can I set up that it activates automatically?

Is your order form set to manual approve them?
