Paypal Not Marking Invoices As Paid

Hi,

 

I am having clients pay through the email sent to pay which has the Pay now link and their transactions are not being applied to Blesta itself. I am using a VPS with cPanel and have disabled features like blank referral security, etc. Any ideas why this could be happening? The developer mode does work and the logs are created in the Gateway logs, but this does not happen when someone pays through the live account.

Hey Michael,

 

I found your website article last night and went ahead and added that URL to the IPN in PayPal. The primary email address is correct and the cron is working fine. Hopefully with the manually entered URL it will work, I will check with my clients as soon as they pay their renewals.

What version of Blesta are you using? It may be best to upgrade to version 3.5.2 as there were a couple changes to Blesta that can affect non-merchant gateway payments. One is whether an error transaction is recorded when Blesta receives an invalid response (CORE-1747), and another is the addition of currency precision to resolve issues where minute price differences would cause an invoice not to be paid (CORE-1742), similar to what you've described.
