The current reports don't have options to select which fields you'd like to include in the report, in what order, etc., although I can imagine that being a nice addition. And I'm not familiar with how WHM** does it, but the reports will be very similar to those in v2. A separate export for client names/IPs could be created, depending on what data you envision the report containing. Reports are also much easier to create, so you can get in there and write your own without needing to update any core code.

I think you should take a look at the reports coming in v3.0.0, which will export CSV data for at least a few of the items you listed above, like transaction amounts coming in, taxes, past-due invoices, etc.

Good improvement. Now the issue looks like your images are too large/unoptimized for the web. Fix those and you may be around 0.5s. Of course, I'm almost on the other side of the world from where that site is hosted, so it takes ~3-4 seconds.

So I've gotten my direct IP allocation from ARIN. I have to use the search function to find clients in WHMCS and swap their IPs out. Search results are bugging and not giving me any results. I have to dig up the new order email in my email history to find the client information so I can actually track down their account. I am tired of a known bug persisting for months with WHMCS. Please please please please please have the whmcs importer soon after release I will love you long time.

I'm certain more bugs will be found after release, and we'll do our best to squash 'em. It's the nature of software, unfortunately, pretty much all applications have bugs. So, find them! A bug found is a bug that can be fixed.

Let's try to keep it clean, please. Hopefully you guys can come to an understanding outside of the forums. I think we can all agree, that well written, well functioning third party addons for Blesta v3 are good for the community. Let's try to foster that kind of environment.

I've used something like this before; http://codecanyon.net/item/php-simple-cache/4169137 It basically saves the page as a HTML page and you can set how long that cache lasts, after that it will read and save the page again over the last one. Therefore it won't call the API every reload, it will just read what was on the page at the time of the cache, you can set the expire from anywhere between an hour, or a month.
