  1. The Blesta Translator is an ongoing project designed to help translate Blesta into other languages. To get started translating yourself, simply sign up for an account at http://translate.ble...account/create/ and begin translating Blesta to another language. You can now download translations from the Blesta Translator by clicking the download link next to the language you would like to use. To install a language, you will need to: Unzip the contents of the language zip you downloaded; Upload the contents of /public_html/ from the zip to the web directory that you have Blesta installed under (e.g. /public_html/ or /billing/). Log into Blesta and navigate to [settings] -> [General] -> [internationalization] and click Install to install the language. (optional) If you would like to use this language as your company's default language, navigate to [settings] -> [General] -> [Localization] and select it from the Default Language drop-down. Don't forget to save this change. IMPORTANT: Due to caching, the primary navigation will not appear to be using the new default language. You must re-save your Staff Group settings for this to take effect. You can do this under [settings] -> [system] -> [staff] -> [staff Groups] by editing your staff group and clicking to save your settings. If you install and use a language whose definitions are only partially complete, the remaining definitions will appear using English, US. The languages that you download from the translator are updated periodically once per day automatically. New definitions that you translate are not immediately available for download in the language zip for the version you are translating.

  2. This sounds more like you want to be able to register an event for the call to getAdminTabs so any plugin/module/whatever can return a result and be included in the tab list. This of course, also requires the ability to make a call to the plugin for the tab content which is something that doesn't appear to be easy to achieve. (This makes my head spin). This sounds absolutely AWESOME if it could be done, (Thinking kind of like how the search system get's extended in plugins). Yep, this is going to need some dev help for sure.

    Name Ideas

I had a domain name called foxihost.com. I've already regret that I sold it. When I want to register a domain I just take a paper and write all my ideas and choose the best among them.

    Not Long To Go...

4 days? well, still 5 days here, but yeah we are getting close. And I feel like we are almost ready finally. Still, working on Saturday. Oh, we got some languages exported from translate.blesta.com today, Blesta v3 looks pretty crazy in Chinese!

    Name Ideas

For building brands, I love names that have no inherent meaning. Fake words, but easily pronounceable. It reduces consumer confusion between your product and anything else, if they have heard of it, they have heard of your product. Also, stay away from acronyms, they are almost always a mouthful and often need explanation.

  7. Custom fields are assigned to CORE-450, and they can be optionally stored encrypted. These fields will be by department, so you can have different fields for different departments, with whichever ones you want encrypted encrypted.

    Blesta?

We wanted something that in itself did not really have any meaning, but which sounded uplifting. Think "blessed". We wanted to build a brand around a name that wouldn't be confused for anything else. Also, consider this.. blesta ble sta sta ble stable Color is used only for effect. When people think of Blesta, we want them to think about how stable it is.
