Interesting issue, and I'm assuming that the forwarder you're using is not related in any way to your cPanel username. This might be a question for cPanel support. Unless this is just showing up in the headers of the email, in which case it's likely WHM has been configured to include the cPanel username in the headers for the purpose of quickly identifying spam.

I could consider that a tweak, but it's not a bug fix. major.minor.bug, we are currently at 3.0.4 so 3.1.0 would be the next feature release. Any prior releases are for bug fixes. It's very possible we will make some tweaks to the order form for 3.1, however I haven't had adequate time to evaluate it yet. 3.2 is my target for a bootstrap conversion, and a likely release for new order forms.

What payment gateways do you need that aren't currently included? Having all the same payment gateways doesn't mean much, if you don't actually need them. We are building more, and prioritizing by demand. We do have plans to create new and unique order forms, ones that work well with a particular product like shared hosting, or virtual hosting, etc. One page AJAX forms, multi-step, and more. It's not as simple as making something work just like a particular hosting company when the order form needs to support a diverse range of products and services. We try to build things that are versatile, but we also see the need to build things that are targeted to a particular offer. Aside from any tweaks to the existing order templates, our plans for more templates will follow a conversion of the client area to bootstrap. It will be significantly easier to create new and unique and awesome looking order forms once this has taken place. This will be after 3.1, which adds configurable options (among other things), which we see as a critical first step.

Are you saying you can't login to cPanel through the cPanel Extended module? To be honest, I haven't played around with it much. If something is broken, it's likely we'll fix it, but our goal right now is to just correct any potential security issues with the module and release it to the public.

Is this it? http://www.netbilling.com/ It looks like it's a merchant gateway. The module you're using, does it store card data in the system, or remotely with the gateway?

Just an update on this, we are making some minor changes to the code before we release it. Some areas were not being properly sanitized, so we want to take care of that first. Should still be out this week.

This is planned for 3.1, packages will be sortable within package groups, and this order will be used by the order system when displaying packages.

I too am a fan of Ctrl + F, however, "View All" makes no consideration of whether the total number of packages are extremely large. Too much content can take a long time to load, and can even crash your browser. While most people probably wont have more than a hundred or two hundred packages, these are things we must consider.

Are you dragging the widgets around with a modal box open? You don't change the order of widgets on the page through the modal box. When looking at your dashboard normally, just click on the top of the window for the widget and drag it from there.

Make sure it snaps into place. If you release in the wrong spot it wont stay there... but yes, you should be able to move the widgets around and place them where you like. It will remember the location for your staff member for that company.

It sounds like it should be recurring. What module are you using? What does it say under Settings > Company > Automation for "Create Invoice"'s last run time? Under Tools > Logs > Cron, look for the latest "Create Invoice" task and click on it. What is the output?

Mike is right, uncheck "Use Package Pricing for New Services Only" and ensure that you have the price set in the companies default currency on the package. It should convert the price to other currencies using the exchange rate so long as a price is not defined for the package in that currency.

Does config/blesta.php exist? It should. If not, restore your files from before patching. Then re-patch and ensure that the no files are deleted. Some FTP programs wipe everything when they should just overwrite some files.

I don't think MG will be issuing refunds, but you can inquire with them. We will be releasing a free and unencoded version of the module with no license validation. I suggest continuing to use the one you purchased from MG until we release the open version, which will likely be later this week.

Did they remove it? I didn't know that. I think I heard that Suhosin is largely unmaintained so maybe that's why.

It occurred during the beta for everyone when we added the check to the system status widget. Previously, there was a bug causing one cron task never to complete properly, and the subsequent release included a fix and the check in the widget. This resulted in everyone having that warning present for the first few hours after upgrading.
