  1. First, I assume that Blesta still does not sync with Reseller Club and import clients and their domains. It didn't the last time I tried to get it working. So I've been using Blesta for a couple of clients who signed up via Blesta. No problem. Works well. But I can't figure out how to move from my manual system for my current clients to Blesta. Is there a step by step guide to adding a client and then: 1. Adding their domain and edit the domain's registration date to match what is in Reseller Club? I can add a Package for a domain, but it appears if I check the box to Provision it will try to register the domain name. If I don't check the box to Provision it still keeps the date for the registration to the current date, instead of the recurring date the domain actually has. I don't see a way to edit the dates, or get the domain to sync with the actual registration.
  2. Their moderation is not reasonable, but its their board and their rules. I've gotten two warnings, one for linking to a vendor's forum when the question was about that vendor's product. I still don't understand that one. The other discussion was about my signature which I thought was consistent with everyone else's signature. So, I don't have a signature there, and I don't link to anything there, and I rarely participate any longer.
  3. +1 I have a variety of domains I sell at different price levels and it would sure be nice to be able to click "copy" and have a boilerplate that just needs editing.
  4. I thought about importing directly into mySQL. For my scale, with about 40 customers, I think I'm probably OK just entering them manually. I'm not that fast at database operations, and there would be some time involved mapping out the tables and fields, then formatting the CSV file, then checking ... if I had a few hundred to do it would make sense.
  5. Thanks for the reply. I disagree about a well designed CSV import but then I come from a background where customers routinely upload CSVs of tens of thousands of contacts. But for my fledgling little business its not too big a deal, just keystrokes rather then formatting a CSV file.
  6. I couldn't find this anywhere, but for a brand new installation (not a migration), is there an import tool to upload a CSV of clients?
  7. Absolutely! Forums are a great source of peer-group help, but only if the original poster puts in how the problem was solved. The Stripe integration was very easy to complete; i'm glad to see you include it.
  8. My issue was resolved after Paul suggested I check to make sure port 443 was open, as well as curl_ssl in my PHP configuration (I did not have curl_ssl).
  9. I think I did do a trial before version 3 came out, and went with WHMCS instead at that time. I'll email them. Thanks!
  10. Everything seemed to go OK, with my server configured to "pass" all the checks for required and recommended settings, and the client portal page showing up: http://screencast.com/t/8FnpIbB9e But when I try to log in, and create my new staff account, I get the message "The license key is invalid." when trying to set up a trial account: http://screencast.com/t/2K3AN0a0t
