    Aaaaaand.. it's gone! Crypto correction, markets down massively in the past couple days. On second hand, maybe it's an opportunity to buy more. :P

    Yup you can't go wrong with the basic advice of "buy low sell high". Investing in a "nutshell" is just understanding WHEN to buy and WHEN to sell.

    There is the exact error and welcome email I am trying to setup - with all the module variables aswell.

    Thanks

    Jack

    I think I thought of what possibly be the problem...

    There obviously two "kinds" of "variables" that looks very similar the one your trying to use ( service.multicraft_login_username) and another of one that looks very similar (service.multicraft_user_name). With that said...

    Could you please see what happens if you swap service.multicraft_login_username for service.multicraft_user_name ?  I am thinking that one may be valid while the other one may been "removed" from Multicraft/Blesta but had not been updated on the docs/module "variables" listing.

    Please let us know the result and thanks in advance.

    On the Multicraft Docs page, it states that you can make login credentials send out only once although the code on that page does not work.

    {% if service.multicraft_login_username %}
    Login with
    User: {service.multicraft_login_username}
    Pass: {service.multicraft_login_password}
    {% else %}
    Login using your existing Multicraft account credentials.
    {% endif %}

    This code returns an error, "Template parse error:  if service.multicraft_login_username tag doesn't exist"

    How can I get this working?

    Thanks
    Jack

    You may be right my fellow. Could you please look into a pre created Multicraft package on Blesta end and posting a screenshot of the "Welcome Email" section? It will be just beneath where you set the pricing of various terms.

    That may hint us what "variables" exists within the latest module. :)

    After patching Blesta to the latest version my current license got expired. Please suggest what to do?

    That may seems odd but I can think of two reasonable things to confirm and look into...

    1. During the process your license could of literally expired. For example if you were doing the updates in between the late night and very early morning of Midnight. With that said you should confirm that your license is "still good" or if an outstanding invoice for it has to be paid off.

    2. Your IP could of changed for one reason or another. Verifies this and if it did run the re validation.

    Other than that then yes that is very bizarre then.

    hello,

    i'm thinking of purchasing blesta with blestacms, is there any demo available for blestacms (apart from screenshots, like live example)?

    I believe you would need to direct this to Blesta.store for if they are able to provide this. Ideally though every software on this globe should come with a free trial before you has to swing out the credit card.

    Ok so I got it to set up the account for me. It sets up the accounts in WHM. But....

    However it only send this info via email: Can anyone help me where I can add all the login info that it will send via email?

    Hi R,

    Your service has been approved and activated. Please keep this email for your records.

    As I mentioned in the PM, you has to do it at the package(s) that you created. For each and every package you has to go into the configuration (where you set the pricing and etc) and create an email that will add below of that email automatically.

    Your blesta theme integration is quite impressive.

    Thanks for the great plugin. :)

    I second that, just unzip, install, and go to town. Even worked on my "dummy" client that I made forever ago so it should also work for an already operating system without worries. :)

    As for sizing I personally not seeing any "colliding" of menu items even at the top. 5a56f40601702_Screenshotfrom2018-01-1100-11-27.thumb.png.f0a6bbb1b29a6ea5bcf85657b72eb36a.png

    Get the job done and all it needs to do. Now my Blesta install more match the leading billing platform now that my clients will be able to query the emails that the system/I sent them. :)

    Hi All,

    I have setup Blesta and also added the Cpanel Module where I entered the login and the Token or remote key.

    Is there anything else I need to do for Blesta to send the Cpanel details to clients after they have ordered or do I need to do any more steps?

    Thanks

    Look into setting up emails in each package that you created. Assuming you use the username, login detail, and the password "codes" in them then they will obtain such information.

    Ok works now, is there a way to edit Square to say Credit Card Payments Via Square?

    I am not sure if there is a way. I bet this would make it easier for clients to pay though and would make sense to be able to do this .

    Thank you, signing up to Square now.

    You are always welcomed, once it configured I believe it works automatically. Failing that you will want to go back to your active order form(s) and tick the box for that gateway. Then you should be on your merry way. :)

  11. 3 minutes ago, nanohits said:

    I guess I should look into Square for payments instead of Stripe then.

    Hopefully that works.

    It should as it did fine for my installation and adding it as a gateway. :)

  12. 7 minutes ago, nanohits said:

    So in short dont waste my time adding Stripe as a payment gateway then.

    Why do they have it there then as a module I wonder if its not working properly. Crazy they cant pass all the CC info on to Stripe.

    Exactly what I am thinking to be honest. Or at the very least they should tell people that this module has to conform to such standards until they are done "working on it" for the newer one.

    Hi all,

    I have added the stripe module and entered all the details along with the key. But in the order process, stripe does not show as a payment method.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    You may wish to read this before you use it

    In short unless your servers (that right you need at least two servers for PCI compliance) are PCI compliance I would use a non merchant gateway. Like for example I am using Square for this instead.

    I hadn't heard about that with TrustPilot, but I definitely have with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) in the US. They called me up on the phone and basically said that they take care of negative reviews when you have a paid plan, or something of the sort.. the impression I got was that you had to grease the wheels for a positive-er result. Decided right then I'd never give them a cent.

    Interesting I keep on "hearing" more and more about BBB being "questionable" at "best". I would personally done the same thing as well.

    As I mentioned later on it could possibly be a "hoax" or even a "hate taste" for TrustPilot given that I only "heard" about that one once.

    I want to change my Blesta forum email address, but cannot find the setting within my profile - what am I missing?

    It's simple once you understand where it all at...

    1. Go to the upper right of your screen and right click your username, a drop down menu should appear.

    2. Next click on "Account Settings" and then click email address on your left.

    3. From there you should be able to make the changes you desire.

    I don't understand how cPanel and Plesk shared hosting module doesn't  support automation??From ordering to account creation there is no need for manual handling,...client order package and after client pay invoice..account is auto-provisioned, activation email is sent and that is it....there is no need for any manual handling ...

    That is correct but you forgetting the one major component options. So if you wanted to provision an account say with extra disk space you would need to manually do that with one way or another.

    That is why I am not considering it being "100% supported". If your needing proof you can even check the docs and it will "NO" for that item.

  17. According to https://stripe.com/docs/security#pci-dss-guidelines it seems that it very insecure on how this module is built if I am not mistaken...

    Quote

    Requirement: SAQ D
    We strongly discourage passing card information directly to Stripe’s API as it means your integration is directly handling card information. Even if you do not store any payment information, we can only help simplify PCI compliance if you’ve integrated with Checkout, Elements, or our mobile SDKs.

    Quote

    If you continue to send card details directly to our API, you’ll be required to upload your SAQ D annually to prove your business is PCI compliant. SAQ D is the most onerous of all the SAQs, with over 40 pages of requirements you must implement to remain PCI compliant. We highly recommend you migrate to client-side tokenization of card information to substantially reduce the scope of your PCI compliance.

    Honestly why is this module not up to standards??

  18. Hello, just so I understand correctly...

    As long as I have token "offsite" storage option ticked, even though that the customer has to enter his/her credit card details on my Blesta's install it won't be stored? Even if he/she tick the "save payment" check box towards the bottom?

    Or I am doing something wrong by allowing credit card payments within Blesta with that setup?

    Thank you very much in advance.

    Shared hosting and VPS server provisioning(i mean automated provisioning ) is supported completely without needs for any paid extensions or custom development

    Hold that thought... Even Cpanel provisioning doesn't have 100% support. The only module that I know that does is Vituralizor and I believe that they made and maintain the module.

    So in regards in automating Shared hosting and such you will get be able to do so but with limitations.
