I use this plugin but i have got mistake. For example, Before when customers open new ticket, the system sending email to me. But now not sending. If i answer the customers, its sending the customers email. But not give my email address when the customers open new ticket and reply the tickets. How can i do ? -
Hello, i want to upgrade my blesta version 3.6.0 from 3.3.0 Last year when i try upgrade, lost turkish language. System automatical continue default language. So i must again replace all documents. So i dont want to again have a same mistake. How i can do this ?

When i join blesta admin panel i take that message ; Cron has not run in the past 24 hours. Invoices have not been automatically created via cron in the past 24 hours. Someday blesta root folder deleted. I dont understand why do it. After i upload 1 week ago backup folders. When i entry site nothink problem. Everythink was working. But after that system take me cron errors. How can i fix thats problem ?

Hello everybody, when i click services details can not see anything and not by the customers. For example we want to write there "Services Details Description, login, password etc." How can we make them ?

Hi, i create new product. Visitors need only enter information when buying just one. (Only domain name do not need another) we only need to enter a user name and password of the service received manually. customer service details could see it.. Hello, i want to change tax rate. and i do it. But tax is 18.0000% for example attach file when i buy new package. I try replace tax rule on admin panel but anythink not change. My country tax %18 , i want to delete 0000 after then %18. Can i do ?

Okey i found it, i change notification setting. Now when they selected offline payment , system send me to information. So thanks for that Now, i test it. i selected offline payment, and going admin panel to orders. click check box and accept. The order waiting to accepted section. But services not start. What must be doing after accepted order for starting the services ?

Hi, my customer want to get hosting. He selected eko package and bank transfer. System automatical create invoice. State in this manner. Now, i want to ask you something ; 1- They complate order, but i dont know. System not sending to me email or not anything notification on admin panel. Why ? 2- They complate the transfer. I need to enter a payment system. First i open their client, click to "Recort Payment". I can see the invoice, and click to submit. After complate record payment. But where are their services ? You do not need to open automatically when the system's I confirm the payment service? In to invoice description "Eko Paket - plastik-kart.com (04 Feb, 2015 - 04 Feb, 2016)" but no services. Hi again, i want to change day and time format. Because turkey day and time format not right to standart. Turkey day format : 01.27.2014 Time format : 15:46 (Not AM and PM only number) How can i change it ? -

Thank you very much for answers. The other question : i added new staff in departmant. There are two staff in it. If customers sending a ticket help desk departmant, first staff not seem notification. But second staff not problem, it can be see new notification. You can check on the screen shot Notification, is it seem only one staff ?
