My 2c is when you void something you make it invalid.

So if the invoice is invalid, the service should not have been suspended in the first place IMO

You could try running

which php

php -v

from the command line to see what version you are running on the command line and its location.

Depending on control panel etc there are different ways to "fix" this.

Google your control panel and

open_basedir restriction in effect

You need to look at the relevant log. There may be a specific mod_sec log or in your Apache etc log.

In there it will list what caused mod_sec to kick in. There will be an ID of the mod_sec rule that caused the false positive.

Disable that ID.

It is possible, you would need to look at your logs.

Yes I think they wanted to host everything in house and it did not go to plan.

They also have closed down and redirected some sites. Like the Australian WHT and Free WHT.

Most hosts I know of, if you cancel a service after the invoice is generated the invoice remains open.

They expect notice of cancellation in advanced of the invoice or you are liable to pay the invoice, even if you have gone elsewhere.

From what I can workout. You buy packages (which contain x amount of Bitcoin).

A lot of her friends were into it too but it is like some MLM pyramid scheme. So these mums and others like them are helping to artificially boost the price. I say artificially as I can not see them staying with it.
