  1. I'll add my support in for FraudRecord as well now that I'm getting back into the swing of things. It's not super important for me as I currently use both FraudRecord and FraudLabs Pro manually (by the way, FraudTracker was just a complete rip/copy of FraudRecord, and currently down), but it'd be nice to have soonerish rather than later .
  2. Then why even have the option of currency conversion?...
  3. Here's a good one for you http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/223-welcome-email-for-hosting/
  4. Admin > Packages > Order Forms > Add new form right after Name and Label you have "Type", change this to client registration. quick video just in case: http://screencast.com/t/L2Bdn5JPyB
  5. You can create an order page set to register.
  6. Or you could have them register first so they are the one creating the account and you don't have to worry about a temporary password setup/etc, and then once they do that you can do the rest.
  7. Create a restricted package, go to client profile, click "Set Packages" on the left, select the desired package to add, then you can add the service to their account after that. Right now you have to do it yourself, but hopefully in the near future it will be possible for the client to order assigned restricted packages themselves from the client area.
  8. is your universal module up to date?

    Invisible Tickets

Yup, it's your Support Pro. It seems to be happening with my DMARC notifications (got another one this morning, daily dmarc log email) Any way to make tickets without replies show up anyway so they can at least be deleted without having to go to the database every time? I've tried everything already, and none of these steps worked. They aren't showing up because there is no actual content in the email itself, so the ticket is created, but there is no reply to attach to it so it doesn't show up.

    Invisible Tickets

nevermind...I figured it out... for some reason, the actual content of the email wasn't imported (or it was blank to start with, not sure as I hadn't looked at the emails yet). Since there was no reply, the ticket didn't show.

    Invisible Tickets

So, setting up a new install and working on ticket departments using pop3. For some reason, I have 5 invisible tickets that I can't see in the system. I've checked everything I can think of and can't get them to show up...driving me crazy. It's not staff permissions, they are correct (I can see another ticket from that department so I know it's fine). I checked the database and I don't see anything wrong there. I've even edited one of the tickets to be a different time, subject line (making sure special characters wasn't the problem), closed and opened via database, etc...nothing has worked. Any ideas? ---------- I've tested it a few times and new emails seem to be coming in just fine...the 5 that are not showing were 5 of 6 original emails that were pulled in on the first pop import (all have the exact same time). The entry on the top is the one I edited, still doesn't show up.
  12. so, I've been using this ever since you released it and found my first real issue today. I'm setting up my first additional company, and it doesn't want to install for the second company: SQLSTATE[42S21]: Column already exists: 1060 Duplicate column name 'notes'
  13. Guess I'm just trying to think on the clients end of this. If I, as a client, pay for something in a specific currency...it's because I use that currency, and would expect to be billed and invoiced in that currency if it's still accepted. Just seems like the cordial thing to do .
  14. Just throwing my two cents in here...if a client orders a service in one currency, they should get the same currency whenever they do anything to that service, addon, upgrade, refund, etc. If I go to the store and buy something with USD, I wouldn't expect them to give me a refund in EUR.
  15. The Beta he was talking about was the Blesta 3.2 release, not the domain module.

    Install Error

looks like PDO is having trouble connecting (are you using localhost instead of 127.0.0.1 in server network configs?). (or did you not install PDO yet?) Also, before you do anything...did you restart apache after installing PDO? Sometimes just restarting apache can fix PDO errors (at least in my experience)
  17. Is there a specific reason you want to sell domains through your webhost? It's generally not recommended to have your domains and your host be the same company (bad things can happen down the road). Do they offer better prices for domains than you can get through enom, netearthone, etc? I only ask since there are already modules for those, and they have some pretty decent prices.
  18. I'd be ok with that, I think the key to that part of it is allowing it to be done with options per package, that way if you don't want a weekly package to show a monthly price you can just leave that box unchecked in the package settings. Just simple check boxes. Show per day price Show per week price Show per month price Show per quarter price etc
  19. It could be made an option in the package itself (Show monthly price calculation?) Can do the calculation still if you want to, $10 on a weekly term is about $43.3 monthly (10x52/12)
  20. Is there a difference between the two? Shouldn't they use the same codes?
  21. +1 While sometimes forcasting can be off, it's certainly useful to be able to see it
  22. If you allow certain payment types, what would be the point of forcing a specific client to only use one of them? Guess I just don't see the reasoning behind this?
