Daniel B reacted to Michael in Admin Folder Disappeared
It can "only" be used if it's uploaded, if you don't upload the .htacess it won't use friendly links, apache doesn't change the links by itself.
Eg: I like a coffee with milk, but if I ask for a coffee and they skip the milk it doesn't mean its not a "coffee". I just didn't ask for the milk.

Daniel B reacted to Paul in Thesslstore Module - Sans?
There is a new, better SSL Store module under way that will be replacing the current one. It has far more features, and allows clients to purchase an SSL cert without providing any details during checkout, and then configure their SSL certificate, submit their CSR, after their order is approved. Other features like re-issues are supported as well. We'll release more information on this in the near future.

Daniel B reacted to Paul in Soap_Error2
Yes, PHP 5.6 defaults SoapClient() to require SSL verify_peer, and since the Interworx API SSL cert is not valid it's an issue. We are disabling verify_peer (reluctantly) in v4, and fixing another bug that prevents you from using http:// instead of https:// when adding an Interworx server to the module.
Edit: This may be helpful in explaining the issue http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18465567/php-soapclient-verify-peer-true-fails-with-ca-signed-certificate

Daniel B reacted to Paul in Credit Card Ui For Payment Accounts / Checkout
Oh, it looks like it is issued under the MIT license... this is good news! https://jessepollak.github.io/card/
Who wants it? +1 if you want it, +2 if you really want it.
I think it could add to the user experience, so I like it.

Daniel B reacted to Paul in Blesta V4 Menu, What Do You Think?
I'm sure you are not alone. It's like a new feature you don't have to wait for us to release.

Daniel B got a reaction from Paul in Blesta V4 Menu, What Do You Think?
I am just going to sit here and ignore the fact that I've been using Blesta for almost 3 years and never thought to actually click on that star...just thought it was part of the design...lol

Like Quicklinks? (Star pages, quicklinks show up on left side of dashboard)

Feature Request: There should be a report plugin (or whatever) so users can report broken plugins or malicious plugins.

Daniel B got a reaction from Michael in Modern Theme
I'm looking forward to it, getting back into the design business main stream so I think I'll be doing Blesta themes regularly.

Daniel B reacted to Paul in Modern Theme
Oh yeah, the images are hotlinked from license.club but it's down. I'm actually curious what kind of themes people come up with for v4 that follow a more "flat" scheme like the new FOUR theme.

"Blesta kicks the a*s to WHMCS. Period."
I'm joking.

Daniel B reacted to Paul in Include Pdf Invoice Attachment(S) In Notice Emails
You ask, you shall receive CORE-1724
TCPDF had major issues in terms of formatting and embedding the logo and image background into the PDF. Do invoices look the same if you update TCPDF in Blesta? Last time we tested this, it was a disaster. We may very well need to revisit this in the near future.

Daniel B reacted to Tyson in Include Pdf Invoice Attachment(S) In Notice Emails
You may want to create a feature request for the "PDF Receipt" after payment.
As for the OP's feature request to attach the invoice PDF to the notice emails, I think that would be a fairly simple addition.

Daniel B reacted to Bit Bayou in Include Pdf Invoice Attachment(S) In Notice Emails
In reference to http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/2820-email-notices/?p=20152
I'd like to see a feature that includes the PDF invoices as attachments in all email (past due) notices.
This is referencing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Invoice Notice emails.
I see how I can add the total due, but I'd like to actually attach the invoices to the emails. This way, the client has zero excuse or confusion about what is due now.

Daniel B reacted to Cody in Release 3.5.0
Mostly backend stuff. We'll be moving to minPHP 1.0. We'll announce more soon, but as Paul said in the newsletter, PHP 5.4 will be a requirement.

Daniel B reacted to Michael in Configurable Options - Email Tag
It looks like this:
{% for option in service.options %} {option.option_label}: {option.option_value} @ {option.option_pricing_price | numberformat 2, ".", ","} {option.option_pricing_period} {% endfor %} We used that for example for our SolusVM until we got a module:
Unlimited Slaves: 1 @ $20.00 month
If you are using the package section and not the services section you wan to use for option in package.options

Daniel B reacted to Paul in Release 3.5.0-B5
Here is a list of items resolved for 3.5.0 - http://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-1715?jql=fixVersion%20%3D%20%223.5.0%22%20AND%20status%20in%20(Resolved%2C%20Closed)
Nothing really critical, but it would give you an idea of what you're missing if you run with 3.5 beta 5 now. Of course we don't recommend using a beta in production, and the final release should be out within a week. (Either this week, or more likely, early next week) We don't like to release late in the week.

Good suggestion. I've assigned this to CORE-1360.

Daniel B reacted to Jonathan in Pro-Rata Invoices Not Sent
Any action resulting in an invoice generated by means of pro-rata. Upgrades/downgrades including configurable options.
What's the logic behind not queueing them for delivery? Seems like it should so the customer will know about the invoice if say for example they opened a ticket to have the given change done. It's done via admin side thus queueing it in service_changes pending their payment. The invoice should be sent to them for payment.

Daniel B reacted to Paul in Pro-Rata Invoices Not Sent
I think they should probably be queued for delivery
