Here's what I did: I setup Blesta with the core cPanel module, created my packages and then did the WHMCS import with manual package mapping. Then, after all the data was imported, I tried to switch the packages to use this module. Not going to work?

Where do I put the stargate.php file exactly? Wonder if I can do the same type of modification to get the OpenSRS domains I have also (I have the module from najahost installed). Yes because I had to run the importer first or else the usernames and passwords won't transfer. Shouldn't I be able to?

@licensecart, thanks for all of your help so far. I've got most everything now. The only things I'm missing are the credit cards on file and I have to bring the domains over manually (I used Stargate / UK2 module in WHMCS) unless someone knows of a way to map that. So close! Some of the credit cards are there but not others. Is there something I need to check on the WHMCS before the import? I don't have a huge database that I'm importing and I didn't receive anything about errors in the debug report.

Here's a quick question: I went ahead and added my products, made order forms and setup the modules I wanted (all core modules until after the import), setup configurable options and went through the company settings. Is that messing things up?

I made that change after you sent it to me the other day. I can try it again though.

I just tried to import from WHMCS 6.0.1 and noticed a few things. They could be my errors or the differences in the new version. 1) No stored credit card info transferred (I did enter the encryption key) ||| Is this because it never makes it there when the support tickets don't come through? 2) No support tickets transferred EDIT - I can see them all in the database but they don't display in the admin area. Here's my log from the importer: [0] => The import completed but the following errors ocurred: [1] => importServices: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'option_pricing_id' cannot be null on line 124 [2] => importSupportDepartments: There is already an active transaction on line 163 [3] => importSupportTickets: There is already an active transaction on line 163 [4] => importMisc: There is already an active transaction on line 163 Is this because I have the plugin installed and departments configured prior to the import? 3) State doesn't transfer over for clients profile info (every client defaults to Alabama) BTW, the package mapping option is awesome! Hi, I'm running into this same issue with v3.5.1 and I've tried everything suggested in this thread. I've also uninstalled the module, re installed it and re entered all of my information. The 'hostname' is the IP, correct? I couldn't add the server at all if I didn't use the IP. I checked the logs and there are no errors. No idea how much this helps but if I comment out lines 233-241 in components/modules/cpanel/apis/cpanel_api.php , I'm able to get the system to store the clients username and password. It's of course missing the server so I still can't connect to anything but it looks to me like the issue lies within these lines. Thanks, DL

Hi, I want to get moved over to Blesta, even if it's before the official domain plugin gets released. Here's my scenario: I offer transfers at a lower price than new registrations (trying to draw people in from elsewhere). Can I have a client submit an order and then modify the price before their card gets charged? I use Bluepay as my credit card processor if that makes any difference. How does everyone else handle this situation? As long as I can edit the price after the order comes through but before it's processed, I'm ok with doing this. Also, can I 'pre screen' all orders so that the system doesn't automatically register a domain for a fraudulent customer and I'm stuck paying for the registration? I use Logic Boxes / resell.biz for this. One last thing: How up to date is the WHMCS importer? I'm using WHMCS v6.0.1 right now. I think these are my only concerns. Thanks. DL

I would like to see this fixed as well so that I could switch over. I paid for my license a couple of years ago and still haven't been able to make the move. I don't know how to develop this but I could certainly test and provide feedback.

Still no updates? I think I could finally switch to Blesta once this feature arrives.

I'm wondering if there is any sort of realistic ETA for the domain manager? I'd like to get switched over after having owned a license for 14+ months now but that's a major feature I need. I looked at the JIRA tracker but I didn't see anything mentioned there. Thanks!

This makes life SO much easier since the module grabs all of the nameserver, whois, etc automatically. Thank you.

Just checked this out and it works really well - no bugs that I can see. 1 suggestion - for webmail, I personally think it would be better to take the client to the webmail screen where they can enter the email address they want to access instead of the system address that I think very few use or even know about. Just my 2 cents but thanks for the improvements!

I actually think it's because values are missing in the DB after I imported from WHM** but I'll have to take a closer look.

Go figure. The module auto fills the port field with 2083 but as soon as I changed it to 2087, it all worked. Thank you. ** I should take that back. I need to see if I didn't upload something properly but none of the functions work from the clients side. I've got a stack trace and I'll try to re upload everything.

That makes sense. I just wish I could figure out why I get a 500.shtml error page when I try to set it up.

Thanks for the quick reply. Maybe it's just me but it seems like extra work that shouldn't have to be done that way.

Is it possible to add a feature that allows us to say whether or not a hosting package is not provisioned, provisioned only after approval or automatically? The reason I ask is due to customers and cPanel to cPanel transfers. I'd like to have the control because I don't want it provisioned if I have to make a cPanel to cPanel transfer.

When I setup an order form, I don't see an option to provide a client with a free domain for the first year or the life of the account. I know coupons could be used but let's face it that a customer doesn't want to be hassled trying to find or enter a coupon. It would be nice if you could select which TLD's qualify for the given offer. Is this feature already available and I'm missing it?

Wasn't this fixed in b2? I remember I came across the same thing and I thought it had a core task assigned and resolved before b3.
