  1. I just signed up with this company because the prices are so good. I know you're covered making payments with PayPal but I can't understand why there's no SSL when you're logged into your account and making payments with a credit card or by wire. They are an SSL reseller so it shouldn't be that hard to put one on their site!
  2. You're too fast but read my edited post
  3. How did this manage to happen? So my picture didn't get attached but I was in the chat room with no one there and it said I got kicked out!

I might have missed it, but will the patch resolve this as well? http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/862-logicboxes-is-this-just-me/?p=7149
  5. Yes there are logs. Go to Tools -->> Logs and click on the log that you want to view.
  6. Yeah it's working now! Pretty cool feature.
  7. When I made that switch, I was always over thinking things and making it harder because the PC wasn't too user friendly. So far, I think the same is happening with Blesta. It's easier to use but I over think it because I'm use to a different, more difficult to use program.
  8. Yeah, I got it now. I need to learn how to read and follow instructions!
  9. 777 and /home/uploads/ and 777 /uploads/ didn't work. I'll keep trying here.
  10. This is what I have and it still says not writeable. I tried 750 and 755 CHMOD. Thoughts?
  11. Yes, you can manage all of that from the admin and the customer can do the same from their side.
  12. Ahhh. It would be nice to have that just in case you had any fraud issues or similar.
  13. I would say realistically, it's 24-48 hours before the funds are in your account but it's still much faster than 7 days! There is a module already for Bluepay within Blesta. When I setup with them, I called back a few weeks later and complained that the fees were too high and got them to lower my monthly minimum. You'll probably want to do the same and bargain for every deal you can get!
  14. Plus 30 cents, right? I looked at a transaction from Bluepay for $179.94. They took .65 and of course I have the monthly fee but with a couple of transactions, that's washed right out.
  15. I don't have to have that feature but I wanted to see what it does. No matter what I do for adding an uploads folder with 755 permission, the system tells me it's not writeable.
  16. Blesta is installed in public_html/billing/ Under public_html/billing/components/ there is an uploads folder.
  17. Alright so mine is not writeable but the field is empty. I'm guessing I have to create the uploads folder on my server? There isn't one by default in v3.0 or v3.1 **** Never mind..... I found the uploads folder
  18. I agree. I have a lot of clients who just email us (through their email client) replying to the last message we sent so they don't ever login to the system. As time goes on, they find the last email to/from us and reply to it with whatever new request they have. That thread ends up being miles long. If this does become a feature, it would be nice to activate whether or not you want to allow clients to be able to do this within the admin/system settings.
  19. I thought I had cron setup but something failed in cPanel and I need to find that code again. if I go to Settings --> Company -->> Automation, it just lets me see the various tasks and how I want them scheduled. Where can I find the actual cron command again? For the GEO API, the instructions aren't too clear for me about where to upload the file to. I have the file but there's no /system/ folder that I can find in v3.0.1
  20. It's good that it's a tax write off (I did know that) but until I get a bigger client base and more than 1-5 asking for it, I'm going back to Bluepay. They can pay with all major credit cards including amex with us.
  21. https://httpapi.com/api/contacts/add.json {"status":"ERROR","message":"Required parameter missing: customer-id"} https://httpapi.com/api/customers/search.json {"status":"ERROR","message":"Method Not Allowed. Use GET"}
  22. Does anyone else think the fees charged by PayPal are rediculous? I let 2 customers pay that way and got charged way more in service fees than Bluepay charges me. $165USD payment was a $5.09 fee from PayPal.
  23. I just did a manual cron and the domain name is still there but it didn't pull any of the registrant and nameserver info from resell.biz I'm no expert Blesta user so maybe I've got something else not configured properly.
  24. It's there right now. I'll setup cron and run it to see if that changes anything.
