Virtovo got a reaction from Paul in Free - Solusvm Extended Module
The module is 100% compatible with the Blesta module. Currently this surpasses the features set of the Blesta provided module. If at any stage the Blesta module catches up/exceeds the features here you can simply swap out the module. All current services will still work.

Virtovo got a reaction from ServZoo in Free - Solusvm Extended Module
Due to the impending closure of our business we have decided to release our custom developed SolusVM module for free.
It contains a number of extended features such as: ISO support, PAE, Boot Priority, TUN/TAP
This is provided with no support. If you would like a very competent programmer to develop this further and very reasonable rates, you may contact Eric (secforus_ehansen) who helped develop this module
Download Link: https://mega.co.nz/#!rwRFXRBT!zycC8Stn2Yrjp3fGyDMrtGPxZYiN0kxENMpQ8wFsSug
We welcome Blesta to include these extended features into the standard module.
This module is a drop in replacement for the module that ships with Blesta and can be used without any additional changes or modifications to Blesta. Services created with the standard SolusVM module will work with this module.

Virtovo got a reaction from Flynnnan in Looking For A Blesta Integration
Does anyone have a recommendation for a Blesta integrator?

Virtovo got a reaction from Bit Bayou in Stripe Payment Gateway - Pci Compliance?
I'd like to add a vote here. We've recently signed up with Stripe and was about to launch it as a payment gateway. So glad we didn't. I think this might be worth sending an email to all clients about or at least adding to the docs. I'd imagine there are a lot of people who are non-compliant as a result of this.

Virtovo got a reaction from Mdhsmith in Stripe Payment Gateway - Pci Compliance?
I'm not sure Blesta consider this a priority. We're not using Stripe as a result and it's actually really frustrating.

Virtovo reacted to Mdhsmith in Stripe Payment Gateway - Pci Compliance?
I must admit I am shocked this is not clearly stated on the main pages of Blesta's website. I've just spent 2 hours looking through features and comparing Blesta with WHMCS and I was so close to making the switch until I discovered this thread.
Having the choice to use Stripe.js is a must have feature I am afraid.
I hope you can implement this change ASAP and rescue lots of unsuspecting users.

Virtovo reacted to Alexander Orlov in Service Linked To Support Ticket
I was wondering if you could get the list of services a customer has for a example they have three hosting accounts they could choose one of the accounts so the person dealing with it knows what domain the request is for.

Virtovo got a reaction from Anniezet in Solusvm Usernames
Am I right in assuming that if you delete inactive users as detailed here: http://docs.solusvm.com/remove_clients_with_zero_virtual_servers
Then Blesta will fail to create new accounts for a user that creates a new SolusVM service?
If so, is there any plan to change this behaviour?

Virtovo got a reaction from Michael in [Plugin] Support Manager Pro - Tickets Delete, Merge, Spam, Multiple Tickets.
The separate plugin idea is great. It means people do not have to worry about it breaking between updates quite as much.
Will be testing this before installing fully. Superb!

It sounds great. Did you decide what to do with regards to the poll?

Virtovo got a reaction from Michael in Where In The Solusvm Module Is This Found?
Thanks. I edited that already and it seemed to have no effect.
I've since edited the line starting: $lang['Solusvm.!error.solusvm_hostname.format']
And it appears to now work.
Thanks!

Just had Eric working on something for us. He's been outstanding and worked hard to deliver what we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Virtovo got a reaction from guillefd in Ticket Piping Suddenly Stopped Working
Right, the problem has occured again. I've been piping cron out. The best I get out of cron (which isn't informative at all) is:
Attempting plugin cron for support_manager poll_tickets.
After that it stops running the task but all others run with no problem. E.g:
Attempting to apply credits to open invoices. There are no invoices to which credits may be applied. The apply credits task has completed. Attempting to deliver invoices scheduled for delivery. No invoices are scheduled to be delivered. The deliver invoices task has completed. Attempting to provision paid pending services. The paid pending services task has completed. Attempting to unsuspend paid suspended services. The unsuspend services task has completed. Attempting to process renewing services. The process renewing services task has completed. Attempting plugin cron for order accept_paid_orders. Finished plugin cron for order accept_paid_orders. All tasks have been completed. Attempting to run all system tasks. All system tasks have been completed. I'll ask again, is there any way to get more detailed logs of what is going on with the support plugin when it is polling tickets? -
Virtovo got a reaction from Michael in Looking For A Blesta Integration
Just to want to update this that cubicwebs completed this for us. The integration was completed in hours after payment with great communication.
If anyone needs one of these done in the future you will not be disappointed.

Virtovo got a reaction from arrormaantill in Paypal Subscriptions
Does Blesta cancel Paypal subscriptions when services are cancelled? This is exposed by the Paypal API so wondered if it was implemented here.
