Setting issues: 1) /settings/company/automation/ > Provision Paid Pending Services: active 2) Cron job. Server issues: 1) SMTP issue. It sounds like your request is to create a service email and then send it. I believe he wants the ability to send a service activation or welcome email after the fact. This has been requested before, and I'm generally in favor of it. The question is whether there are any limitations in doing so after a service has already been activated. For instance, if the service has been edited, or the admin/client made changes to the service through the module directly, bypassing Blesta. That is included in the Service Creation email template when a service is created, manually or otherwise. astroroxy Posted September 20, 2014 Author Report Share Posted September 20, 2014 Hmm ok, that makes sense now. I think that option should be renamed to "Send package welcome email" or similar. It makes it seem like they will get an email saying "Your order has been recieved, blablablabla, will be activated when payment is recieved, blablabla."
