this is very useful for unauthorized account access changes. These happen, sadly, and there needs to be a way to know who changed an email address and login, as soon as it happens so staff can check and compare ip addresses and validity, and lock the change to verify the identity if something seems weird. 

alternatively, you can just stop the customer from changing any information without opening a ticket. I suppose that's a kind of valid way to do this too
