Can't Login

Hi,

 

I have had an account since last september and also a beta account but I have just tried logging in and it says my details are wrong. I try and use the reset password option but it just says it has sent an email to my address but nothing comes (have checked junk mail).

 

I confirmed that the email address is correct (it's the one blesta messages and signup details were sent to as well as the one listed in the email with my username).

 

Any chance someone could help me out please?

If you had an alpha or beta account at account.blesta.com, your beta account no longer exists. If you purchased Blesta through us, use your account login details that you previously used to log in to your account at https://phillipsdata.com/ams/ to log in at https://account.blesta.com/.

 

problem is I think I used the same email address for both, certainly I have tried the email address I have on the initial confirmation form and it no longer works

Licencepal site is not working, is there anything you guys can do to help me get the v3 licence key?

 

http://www.licensepal.com/products/blesta.php (says could not connect to database)?

 

I have my v2 key which is still valid.

Loads for me, yeah you'll have to contact them on https://licensepal.com/manage/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=4 as they need to contact Blesta to get it for you.

Just to follow up on this, as far as I'm aware LP has issued all keys.

 

If anyone else is seeing this and hasn't received a key, or has a monthly license with LP or with us we are recommending downloading v3 and selecting the "Free 30-day Trial" during installation. This will get you up and running immediately and you can enter your final key once it's issued.
