PRE-Defined Signatures Not Being Displayed in Email

Question

The PRE-Defined Signatures are not being displayed in Emails.

Within the email templates we have assigned  the signatures we created at ...

Settings--> Company--> Emails --> Email templates --> Plugin Emails --> Ticket Received --> Siganture

And then we "Enable" it by ticking the checkbox.

FYI  - When we created our signature we had to save in "Text" format and not "HTML" format.

And we cannot preview it when we click the "HTML" tab.  It is just blank.

Sound to me like you have Blesta improperly installed or a conflicting plugin. These issues work just fine in a clean install and we use them all on a daily basis.
