  3. Currently all support departments use the same set of email templates. Would you guys be interested in adding the ability to set different email templates for different departments? Rather than just indicating that we got their ticket I'd like to add other useful information that pertains to that department. This would also allow the system to respond back to the client from the email address of that department.

  4. Hi Everyone, I'd like to get these processors integrated with Blesta. Not all at once, but serially as I've mentioned on the Title of this thread. Right now only Paypal is the most preferred payment gateway worldwide, but due to their limitation issue users using these processors. All of you might thinking why I left Payza ? Well, Payza was going good but they just started screwing their members. They're reversing funds for no issues. Recently they've reversed $310+ from our and more than $3k from one of our client. They're just replying that the funds we both get was fraudulent even those funds came from "Payza Verified" site and they reversed not only what we receive, but everything what we had in our account. Anyways, hope these processors will be integrated. Thanks, Abhineet

  6. It's true that the email comes from the same address, but the reply-to address is set to that for the department. When a user replies to a ticket email, it should go to the correct department.

  10. The rotation policy is for logs stored in the database, and viewable under Tools > Logs. These logs can get quite large, so they need to be rotated. Any files written to /tmp (or the location you set) should be removed right away. Nothing is ever deleted from the uploads directory unless specifically done by the plugin who put it there.

  11. We expect to have it in the next version of the module. However I can't provide you with any fixed ETA at the moment. That is very possible but currently we can't promise anything. If we will create next module for Blesta, Parallels Plesk Panel Extended will be one of the first to go, that's for sure.

  12. Blesta uses different encryption and hashing algorithms for different purposes. Admin and client passwords are stored using bcrypt, computed from an HMAC-SHA-256 hash of the password. This is a one way, algorithm that is extremely difficult to brute force. User passwords are not reversible. Modules can store some or all of their meta data encrypted, and encryption is used throughout the system to securely store data that can be decrypted like credit card numbers, service meta data and more. I believe this is done through AES, and in the case of credit cards additionally an RSA public/private key pair. Cody can elaborate more on all of this and correct any errors in what I just said.

  13. i suggest to make some revolution in the pricing system . to avoid multiple package for one product with multiple price . let say Product A normal price = 15$ , as Addon with Product B = 12$ as Addon with Product C = 10$ as Addon with Product G = 0$ i know we can do this with multiple backages and groups and somes coupons , but is possible will be great ...

  15. I could be wrong but I think it cleans the upload / tmp every so often, so if I had 30 days it would clear the tmp folder and if any attachments for tickets wasn't used it would remove them too. Need Paul, Tyson or Cody to tell us about that haha.

    Average Ticket Response

    We are planning to add some overall ticket stats like average response time, average resolution time, etc in the admin area. Do you think these averages should be displayed to the customer so they have a rough idea of when they can expect a response? If so, how and where?

  20. Not sure if this was answered, but yes the domain a license is associated with can be changed anytime. You would login to your client area, click "Manage" next to your license, then "Manage License", then check "reissue" and save. This is required anytime you move your installation.
