  4. Obviously we don't think the overview tab is useless, or we wouldn't have spent time creating it. It does serve an important purpose. That said, maybe allowing the module to display some overview info under the service overview section would make sense. From a UX perspective, consistency is super important, so I'm very hesitant to allow modules to override the service overview.

  6. Most people are running older versions of the Ioncube loaders, and PHP 5.5 supported builds of Blesta are not backwards compatible with these legacy loaders. Additionally, Blesta must be encoded for PHP 5.3 or 5.4 support in order to work with PHP 5.5, per this thread on Ioncube's forums, quoted below -- But, the minimum requirement for Blesta is PHP 5.1.3, so we have been releasing builds that are compatible for the majority (PHP 5.1.3 through 5.4.x), but not compatible with PHP 5.5. Adoption rates for PHP 5.5 are increasing, and we recognize the need to support it. At this time, due to Ioncube's limitations, we would be required to have 2 separate builds in order to support PHP 5.1.3-5.4.x and PHP 5.5. We are releasing this hotfix to allow PHP 5.5 support for Blesta 3.1.3. The zip contains only the 3 files we encode, to protect licensing. If you are not running Blesta 3.1.3 DO NOT apply the hotfix. blesta-3.1.3-php-5.5-hotfix.zip If you are doing a fresh install, first download blesta-3.1.3.zip and overwrite the files in 3.1.3 from the hotfix above before attempting the installation. If you are planning to upgrade your existing server to PHP 5.5 and have Blesta 3.1.3 installed, overwrite the files in the hotfix above after you upgrade your PHP.

The colors that you use are in perfect harmony, I will make one for us based on your colors but in Grey Scale, because we love neutral colors

  11. Does a thumbnail of the image appear on the /settings/company/billing/customization/ page? Is the uploads directory (/settings/system/general/basic/) writable? Is the GD extension available in php?

  12. Service details are set by the module, otherwise that message appears. What are you trying to do?

  14. We appreciate the feedback. Right now it's not possible to remove the hash in the subject without breaking it. Doing so would create a new ticket on reply. I would suggest starting a new feature request thread for this specifically. It will require more thought and discussion, but a workaround might be possible.

  16. you need just creating users programmaticcally , or create theme and authentificating to drupal when they are in blesta ? i'm asking because this a 2 defferent thing . i belevie PauloV can do that in my old memories , i think it was a methode/module in drupal allow users log-in in durpal based in other database user/pass , so drupal check username/password in blesta database and not in thier users table .

    Native Yubikey Support

WHMCS does not have native Yubikey support but outsources the validation to the Yubikey webservice. Meaning your secret seed value has to be stored by Yubico in their central database, rather than stored locally in your WHMCS installation. Wouldn't recommend that, given what happenend to the central database of another OTP vendor (Second Defense Contractor L-3 ‘Actively Targeted’ With RSA SecurID Hacks) Blesta does support storing seeds locally. It only supports time based TOTP and not event based OTP though. Meaning you have to install a helper program (that is only available for Windows) for the Yubikey to work, as it doesn't have a clock. Not perfect either.

    Native Yubikey Support

Yubikey is supported for TOTP tokens, see http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Logging+In#LoggingIn-ForYubiKey This may not be what you mean by "native" support though.

    E Signature Idea

For mouse signature drawing I like this library the most: https://github.com/szimek/signature_pad Be aware that capturing a signature that way is mostly symbolic though, and carries limited legal value compared to real paperwork. The moment the customer disputes that the contract you "glued" his signature under, is the one he agreed too, you still have a problem.

  25. The screenshots don't do it justice. These new order forms are incredible, and we've designed them to be super flexible. We didn't just slap together a few order form templates and toss them in. There's a lot of engineering and user expeirence design put into this release. The end result is pure awesome, and the best order forms in the industry by far.

  26. I've just done the hard work for other members all packaged up for you with the needed edits, it works for me that's how I know it's safe to do. All you need to do, is edit the tables with 's code, and then just upload this to your Blesta root and extract, this will then overwrite the needed files. BLESTA 3.1.1 http://licensecart.com/public/support-manager-paulov.zip The only issue I have with mine is if you click spam, it doesn't load the tickets until you F5. Hopefully it's just my mistake and Paulo V can help and then that will be fixed in the zip.
