    can you reinstall the plugin and try again, make sur you have the latest plugin version from our website .

    The issue we had is, when we unistalled the plugin, still some items were left in in acl_aco and in permissions table. It was solved soon as deleting these.

    Have you added price terms to match the main packages? I think that is the only flaw with this plugin. 

    You have to add exactly the same terms for every package same as the main hosting package otherwise the price plan wont show when the package term is selected.

  3. Hello, Whenever I try to edit a staff group I end up with this error. Any Ideas, I have tried to go through "acl_acl" table but no luck

If it's a Owned Unbranded license than that depends on how much you paid from the vendor. And domains is being worked on but they don't have a magic wand. If they did they would build Blesta from the future where the competitor you used had 13 years to build on it. If Blesta could travel to the future 13 years ahead and bring that code back to the current 4.0 which was built on 3.0 in 2013 not 2005 then sure they'd have everything.

    For me, the Bigest problem is not the lack of lack of communication/updates on this. We have waited years already, I think we deserse some updates.

    It accepts both Mastercards and Visa, I haven't used visapay so I can't compare. And on currency I think It supports all, just depends on your provider. For us we can only accept TSH, but during demo we had USD, so It think it's ok to say they support all just depends on who gave you the mechant account.

    The process it’s simple, you first need to go to your info channel and click on Administrators, By clicking on Add administrator you will be prompt with a search section, search your bot by using the format @yourbotname

    Just a suggestion. Please add change log in your website. We see updates but no idea what changed, also some tutorials would be very helpful. cheers

    I would suggest checking invoices_recur and see that there is a valid date set for all under date_renews. Check also date_last_renewed which should be a valid date in the not too distant past or NULL.

    The number of invoices is correct. But the date field was filled ok. We have created another recurring invoice and all seems to work ok so far

    The recurring invoice was created the same day. The upgrade was done a while ago. There was an existing recurring invoice but that worked ok. The issue was we needed to create a new recurring invoice.
