  1. Yup you can't go wrong with the basic advice of "buy low sell high". Investing in a "nutshell" is just understanding WHEN to buy and WHEN to sell.
  2. I am sorry but this confuses me more than ever. I am very sorry that I am not sure why this module is causing such problems...
  3. I think I thought of what possibly be the problem... There obviously two "kinds" of "variables" that looks very similar the one your trying to use ( service.multicraft_login_username) and another of one that looks very similar (service.multicraft_user_name). With that said... Could you please see what happens if you swap service.multicraft_login_username for service.multicraft_user_name ? I am thinking that one may be valid while the other one may been "removed" from Multicraft/Blesta but had not been updated on the docs/module "variables" listing. Please let us know the result and thanks in advance.
  4. You may be right my fellow. Could you please look into a pre created Multicraft package on Blesta end and posting a screenshot of the "Welcome Email" section? It will be just beneath where you set the pricing of various terms. That may hint us what "variables" exists within the latest module.
  5. Good point there, I didn't actually thought of that given that he tried to upgrade the installation.
  6. That may seems odd but I can think of two reasonable things to confirm and look into... 1. During the process your license could of literally expired. For example if you were doing the updates in between the late night and very early morning of Midnight. With that said you should confirm that your license is "still good" or if an outstanding invoice for it has to be paid off. 2. Your IP could of changed for one reason or another. Verifies this and if it did run the re validation. Other than that then yes that is very bizarre then.
  7. I believe you would need to direct this to Blesta.store for if they are able to provide this. Ideally though every software on this globe should come with a free trial before you has to swing out the credit card.
  8. While this may be true, what stopping you from creating custom coupons and tracking sales that way?
  9. As I mentioned in the PM, you has to do it at the package(s) that you created. For each and every package you has to go into the configuration (where you set the pricing and etc) and create an email that will add below of that email automatically.
  10. I second that, just unzip, install, and go to town. Even worked on my "dummy" client that I made forever ago so it should also work for an already operating system without worries. As for sizing I personally not seeing any "colliding" of menu items even at the top. Get the job done and all it needs to do. Now my Blesta install more match the leading billing platform now that my clients will be able to query the emails that the system/I sent them.
  11. Look into setting up emails in each package that you created. Assuming you use the username, login detail, and the password "codes" in them then they will obtain such information.
  12. I am not sure if there is a way. I bet this would make it easier for clients to pay though and would make sense to be able to do this .
  13. You are always welcomed, once it configured I believe it works automatically. Failing that you will want to go back to your active order form(s) and tick the box for that gateway. Then you should be on your merry way.
  14. It should as it did fine for my installation and adding it as a gateway.
  15. Exactly what I am thinking to be honest. Or at the very least they should tell people that this module has to conform to such standards until they are done "working on it" for the newer one.
  16. You may wish to read this before you use it In short unless your servers (that right you need at least two servers for PCI compliance) are PCI compliance I would use a non merchant gateway. Like for example I am using Square for this instead.
  17. Very interesting thank you very much for sharing.
  18. Interesting I keep on "hearing" more and more about BBB being "questionable" at "best". I would personally done the same thing as well. As I mentioned later on it could possibly be a "hoax" or even a "hate taste" for TrustPilot given that I only "heard" about that one once.
  19. You are always welcomed!
  20. It's simple once you understand where it all at... 1. Go to the upper right of your screen and right click your username, a drop down menu should appear. 2. Next click on "Account Settings" and then click email address on your left. 3. From there you should be able to make the changes you desire.
  21. That is correct but you forgetting the one major component options. So if you wanted to provision an account say with extra disk space you would need to manually do that with one way or another. That is why I am not considering it being "100% supported". If your needing proof you can even check the docs and it will "NO" for that item.
  22. According to https://stripe.com/docs/security#pci-dss-guidelines it seems that it very insecure on how this module is built if I am not mistaken... Honestly why is this module not up to standards??
  23. Hello, just so I understand correctly... As long as I have token "offsite" storage option ticked, even though that the customer has to enter his/her credit card details on my Blesta's install it won't be stored? Even if he/she tick the "save payment" check box towards the bottom? Or I am doing something wrong by allowing credit card payments within Blesta with that setup? Thank you very much in advance.
  24. Hold that thought... Even Cpanel provisioning doesn't have 100% support. The only module that I know that does is Vituralizor and I believe that they made and maintain the module. So in regards in automating Shared hosting and such you will get be able to do so but with limitations.
