I do agree on the domain front, however I think there are bigger features that take some precedence. One being a mass mailing feature, which is just down the road and affiliates which again is something coming in the next few versions. You should also remember, Blesta only has a few developers and therefore things take longer than said competitor which has a whole team behind it. Additionally Blesta has proven to be more stable and an all around great product and I regret nothing in choosing it as my billing software of choice.
 
Not to mention there is a pretty extensible API to Blesta so you could look into adding the needed requirements for the domain module yourself.

That's coming in 5.1, can't remember the core number sorry but yeah we are excited as it will help us with our SolusVM licensing Module.

I'm not currently aware of any ability to purchase a configurable addon after a service has been created, and you need to manually provision it. I think this would be a helpful addition to Blesta if this was a possibility.

Sounds good to me.  Mass mail is definitely a big deal.  The other two are just added bonuses but not necessarily a priority in my eyes.

PayPal refunds haven't ever worked for me so I do it on PayPal it's easier

When placing a order you have to go back to re-order another one so you can have two items. However on the summary it shows 1@ for each one. I would like to request a way to set the quantity row.
 
So you can change the 1 to a 2 or a 3 etc. And it will order 2 or 3.

The pending service should be deleted first. The way pending services are activated is when nothing is due for them, voiding an invoice results in nothing due. But, you make a good point, it would be ideal if when voiding an invoice you'd get a confirmation that there are pending services.

I think the ability to manually sort packages would be a good addition to Blesta. My reasoning is I have packages such as 1GB 2GB etc. and as it stands now, it sorts via package ID. This looks awkward on package listings if you add a package since it may be out of order. For example, if I added a 1.5GB package it would list after the 2GB package.
 
It would make it much easier to arrange and list packages in an orderly fashion.

Ah that appears to have been the issue. I added it as a one-time fee, not per month. 

I don't believe there is a way to import that information directly. You'll have to manually enter it.

Ok to do this do the following: Packages > Order form > TYPE: Client registration > save it will now pull up a form to register

Why not open a new section/link with a new kind of feature request more interactive and more usefull that we can track the top features request?

This is really nedded for blesta beacsue there is no way you can track all things, and this way it will be easy for you and for us to ask new features and track the TOP ones to e possible implemented on next release
