I noticed your not selling anymore of their licenses. I'll admit I do like cpanel just expensive. Wish they did owned license 
Care to share about parallels? I've never used it.
the only thing I have against intraworx is the ui to me it feels like the web from the 90's
direct admin looks to be getting an overhaul 

Sounds strange, I would expect the username to have been updated. In any case, it's good to hear the alternative works for you instead.

You can put it in the notes section on the invoices.

Settings > Company > Billing/Payment > Invoice Customization. Add it to "Terms".

Blesta use the ISO details so you can just use their plugin to edit the states: https://marketplace.blesta.com/#/extensions/1-States&Countries
So I'm closing as it's not a bug.

The development of OnApp module is alive. Be patient, I had to wrote many other plugins and modules for our Blesta installations.

I am so sorry for the bad news,
Some people said that since they're not developers having the source code isn't useful for them. The original plan is to provide the source code to the license holders only so they can at least be able to improve them as they need, however, if there are many requests for open sourcing them so other developers can support it and improve it further, well, i have no problem with that.

you can do it .. use the CMS in blesta (use naja7host admin tolls plugin to add pages in cms) .
 
if you don't care about multilanguages content is your best choice .

The premadekb articles are a pretty good starting place.   For $50 is saved me a ton of time as all I had to do was read each one to make sure it sounded right and looked correct to me.
It will give you most of the cpanel kb articles you need as well as instructions for updating name servers at many of the popular registrars.  They have Softaculous articles as well which is helpful.
 
They didn't cover any of the items that cloud linux uses if you use that but it was quite easy to add a couple more articles for those items.

So you need just KB articles related to cPanel.
- How to set-up a email address
- How to log into cPanel from Blesta
- How to make a database and username
- How to install Wordpress with Softaculous or manually (depending if you have Softaculous)
- How to make a backup and download it
- How to change the cPanel theme
- How to change your password
- How to log into PHPmyAdmin
- How to access Webmail
- How to scan for malware with clamav
 
Stuff like that is from the top of my head as I don't like cPanel

Ah that's for domains, yeah a module could be done by that, it would be easier if they did it for you, that way they could share it with their other customers to give them a choice or modulesbakery or some other developer could help you with it but it would come at a cost. But then it would be yours and you can do as you wish it with.

I suggest doing a new install, and keeping the test/trial install. Open both up side by side and copy the settings across manually. The reason is that copying individual tables over can potentially corrupt the database and cause any number of strange issues, it's not worth it.

I have had to manually add this into the database.. I do think this needs looking at for UK customers....
