RebornWebs
Im not sure if this has being suggested but before their order is placed i think you should be able to add a t&c box, policy box etc and they need to sign it with a e signature by clicking a box or something. Michael
Would be a great feature, and it gets encrypted in the database. Not sure how that would go about though. HelloSign has it: https://www.hellosign.com/ and they have a API but you are charged from $99 per month (https://www.hellosign.com/api/pricing) Sertifi has it: http://www.sertifi.com/ (API: http://sertifi.com/corp/request-sandbox) Right Signature has it: https://rightsignature.com/ ( API: https://rightsignature.com/api ) AgreeNSign: https://www.agreensign.com/ (API: https://www.agreensign.com/api/v1/documentation.pdf) The only open-sourced software is: http://open.esignforms.com/ (https://code.google.com/p/openesignforms/)

I think you mean, for showing a Box before finish the order that can show a "Terms and Conditions", and have to "Accept" the "Terms" before be able to finalize, is that correct? If so, blesta alredy have that In Blesta Admin, on Packages->Order Forms you have an option wen editing or adding a new order form called "Require Agreement to Terms of Service" and you can put an URL of your Terms os Service After that, it will be show to the client the link for the Termos of Service, and he as to Check the box to agree and be able to finish the order. Sorry didn see your title lol Maybe a good thing like cpanel uses wen ordering new licencs is this: http://www.onlinesignature.in/draw-a-signature-online.html Edited May 6, 2014 by PauloV Michael

He want's the customer to sign that they have read it like a legal document using E-Signature you can't do that yet. PauloV

Max
Maybe a good thing like cpanel uses wen ordering new licencs is this: http://www.onlinesignature.in/draw-a-signature-online.html For mouse signature drawing I like this library the most: https://github.com/szimek/signature_pad Be aware that capturing a signature that way is mostly symbolic though, and carries limited legal value compared to real paperwork. The moment the customer disputes that the contract you "glued" his signature under, is the one he agreed too, you still have a problem. Paul
I found this today: http://thomasjbradley.ca/lab/signature-pad/#intro open sourced and cool. This is pretty cool. Are you thinking of having an option for a signature on the order form? I think this would be really good on a future quote system so clients can sign off on a quote. I was thinking mate maybe it could be cool for when checking terms and conditions box so they are like signing that they have read it, and I do like that quote idea OwnerWithYouHosting
OwnerWithYouHosting
I was thinking mate maybe it could be cool for when checking terms and conditions box so they are like signing that they have read it, and I do like that quote idea Agrees indeed good ideas on both the legitimate signing for TOS and for an agreement on a quoted price.
