It is the only thing that has changed was upgrading to EasyApache4 to enable to installation of IonCube5

Again if the host can't fix a simple thing they aren't worth paying money to, much better ones out there. And that's no excuse ioncube 5 is a cPanel issue and should be available on easy apache 3, they could have done it manually. EA4 is also in BETA.

My host is fine and has been around the traps for some time now.

Thank you for your order, your Fraudrecord_Blesta_Module_Trial has been activated. << this is why I updated to ioncube 5

Yeah but the host could have done it manually: https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/server-using-ioncube-4-7-5-instead-of-5-4.474851/

No excuses for not dong it probably or breaking other part of PHP.

Does it matter whom the order is from ?

well no but it helps to know who you ordered it from so whoever you ordered it from would support it as if you bought it with licensecart all support questions should go to him instead of directly to cubedata if you ordered from cubedata directly you would ask support from cubedata directly then not from licensecart then.

Your host really needs to help you out on this.

That error usually happens because your account/domain is set to receive mails on another email server. You're piping to a local email that's set to refuse incoming email.
