This plugin allows you to upload files to a particular client's account. It also adds a navigation link called "Documents" in the client interface, which displays all files uploaded to that client with a link to download each. Interesting, your example looks a lot better. These buttons no longer exist in 3.2 though, so it's unlikely to be an issue going forward.

Avatars for the ticket system use Gravatar. You can sign up for Gravatar at http://en.gravatar.com/ and upload your avatars. They are associated with your email address, so as long as the email address matches the one in Blesta then it will be displayed.

Hello I have paypal as the payment, I did a payment for a service it went through and redirected to blesta but I see the invoice as still unpaid. I checked my paypal account and the payment is recorded in paypal as complete. A client paid for hosting, I received the notice from paypal but the system did not record the payment I had to manually record the payment, shouldn't blesta record these payments. Also do I need the IPN set in paypal, I tried putting my blesta url mydomain.com/clients/ but paypal gave this error: We were unable to validate the URL you have entered. Please check your entry and try again. Should I just turn off the IPN or I need a specific IPN URL? Thanks for any help on these issues.

Client's email address MUST be their Paypal email address for payments to be recorded, they are looking at a way to make it more friendly, I know how you feel, but i've been doing 80% manually for so long it's part of my day lol.
