  1. I just wanted to thank the high level of support on these forums for making my job easier. I am an entry level application developer with little knowledge of API usage, yet many members like Tyson have been quick to help me implement different features seamlessly. Thank you!

  2. I've assigned this to CORE-1369 as a "Task". I'm not sure this is a bug with Blesta so much as it is a bug with the domain registrar as we rely on them to do the lookup. It seems like they should be running string to lower on the input if it causes a problem.. but, this should fix it!

  3. I don't see a task for it, and I was able to duplicate. CORE-1368 Thanks for the report!

  4. I do like this idea, and you make a good point. I think we need more feedback from people on this before we can justify the dev cycles, but it's certainly a possibility. This feature I think would necessitate a separate option, which would be useful now as well. It may be necessary to disable all payment notices, so I created CORE-1367 which allows you to toggle off payment notices on a per-client basis. Let's get some more feedback on your suggestion.

  5. I think this is a very good point for having the option to either suspend, or continue sending invoices. If someone just has a one time invoice, there is nothing to suspend...so in those cases getting an email every month/week about it would be the better option since a suspension isn't going to do anything to them.

  6. I believe the orders widget does appear on a fresh install. If you create additional staff though, by default they do not have any widgets installed.

  7. I still think this should be a feature. Most people who have a service with me pay up so I don't suspend their account, but the people who don't pay in time are ones I've done dev work for. There isn't much I can do apart from keep sending reminders (manually) and they do pay up after a while.

  8. you can setup multiple extention for one package , but the tld should have the same price as you sell , if you sell .com/net/org/info with the same price , you can group them in one package . blesta staff know that the domain management need and complete re-write , for that they are making it a new system for domains , i hope it can be done in 3.3 at the end of this mounth .

    Domain

You need to have a domain reseller account before you can offer domains for sale via blesta. Do you have one? From your original post it sounds like what boxbilling did was search to see if the domain was available, and if it was...it just let them fill out the information and then you would manually register the domain and provide them the info? You could use the universal module to create a domain order package that you could manually enter...but it would not be able to do a whois search for the domain. You'll be a lot better off just getting a domain reseller account from one of the supported registrars and using the specific module for said registrar.
