I think something like the simple addition of a way to link different package groups together (associations per group?) and then the ability to get to each one from an order page would be a way to get what you are looking for.
 
For example, you can currently create an order form like this:

 
but once you pick one of those options, there is no visibile way to choose the other one (without going back).
 
Maybe just simply adding links to the associated packages to the order form would be nice.

I've never heard of anyone confusing a Tax ID with a SSN, but I suppose anything's possible. Just another reason to have optional field support for you to set what you require.

I think It's a nice feature to have, even tho It's not of high priority to most but it matters. People like the OP who use WHM** but are attracted to Blesta will be more readily to make a move as all the extra will be available... so they wont miss out a thing

Yeah, security-wise it's not a problem. Inactive users can't login. But, if you are concerned, you could change their password and email address and then de-activate.

+1, I can see this causing a lot of confusion for clients any may put some off. Would love to be able to disable it.

I dunno about the colors (probably wouldn't use red for upgrade/downgrade) but I like it. Can we get any +1's here on the additional 2 buttons on the info page, for upgrade/dowgrades and change term?

This could be a good feature to have as I know a lot of companies out there for game server hosting at least pay their staff per ticket reply. This isn't something we use for ours however a lot of friends who run them seem to use this feature so I don't think it could hurt to have.
It's also a nice thing to be able to view to see what staff members are answering more tickets could make for a good contest

Yes it will set a dedicated IP when provisioned automatically. You just want to make sure you have some IPs for each Daemon ID set up in the module (and available to multicraft). If they do not get a dedicated IP, it will use the shared IP and a unique port (Not the default 25565).

Only services that are scheduled to be canceled are canceled automatically (at the time they're scheduled to cancel).
 
It sounds like you would like a setting which will automatically cancel services that have been suspended for longer than a configured number of days.

Yeah 3.3 isn't stable yet, if you purchase Blesta (If you like what you see) you can get access to the Beta files.

Config options should display in the order they are set. Go to Packages > Options > Groups. Click to expand your configurable option group to display all the options. Hover over and you'll see an icon on the left of the options, you can drag and drop to sort them here into the order you prefer.

There is no obvious way for a client or staff to change the image and so everyone has the Gravatar image. It's pretty annoying, and as I say, there is no obvious way for staff or clients to change this so I wonder if we have to install a module or if its simply not possible?
 
If its not possible, is there any way to disable images showing up in the first place?

you are talking about the support plugin ?
you can disable it by deleting the line in plugins\support_manager\views\default\client_tickets_reply.pdt

index.php is there because either mod_rewrite isn't enabled or you don't have the .htaccess included in the folder.

Thanks, that didn't work as with our plan we don't have WHM access. Figured something else out, right through Blesta and its sorted the issue out.
