I am just going through an issue with this. The client can easily click the language selector at the top, but it does not save his account to that language, he actually has to login to the user settings and save it in English. Just noticing this after an import of spanish users. I was testing emails and kept getting them in english despite selecting spanish in the selector, that does not work. It works after you login with the user and select spanish as the default language. (I do have spanish as the global language too)

That might be due to the fact Blesta is not yet using Stripe.js I believe, which was mentioned by one of the devs on another post. I wonder if that will affect any of our payments.

Definitely sure. I actually reinstalled this morning after the issue with the cached navigation (which I understand now). I would not mind at all, I would like to move away from WHMCS as soon as possible. Let me know where should I send you the info to. Thanks!

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue with WHMCS 7.2.3 and Blesta 4.1.0. Tried removing any non-standard chars on the clients name but it still throws that error.

I am receiving invalid user ID error doing WHMCS to Blesta on version 4.1 too. Any ideas?

I see, there's my problem. I also noticed yesterday when testing the default language to Spanish that the navigation (it's cached?) wouldn't change back to English. Where do we clear this cache?

What I am looking to do is have the system by default in Spanish but allow me to use English myself. Seems like to do that I would have to allow the users to find the language button themselves first, the thing with that is they seem to be dumber than usual, so I prefer to show it in Spanish by default while I work in English (the translation unfortunately is not that good).

I work mostly with Spanish speaking clients and have installed the latest package provided at translate.blesta.com. Is there a way while selecting Blesta to operate in Spanish while I have Blesta display everything in English for me? I've been looking for an option somewhere yet there is nothing found. Do we need to make this a suggestion?

LicensePal is another alternative you can use. I have been using them for years actually and also provide Blesta licenses. I am actually about to switch my WHMCS to Blesta as I am tired of its cluttered and unfriendly UI.

What kind of issues or bugs have you been experiencing? Would love to know just so I can be careful with those features.

Hey Michael, I found your website article last night and went ahead and added that URL to the IPN in PayPal. The primary email address is correct and the cron is working fine. Hopefully with the manually entered URL it will work, I will check with my clients as soon as they pay their renewals. Thanks!

Hi, I am having clients pay through the email sent to pay which has the Pay now link and their transactions are not being applied to Blesta itself. I am using a VPS with cPanel and have disabled features like blank referral security, etc. Any ideas why this could be happening? The developer mode does work and the logs are created in the Gateway logs, but this does not happen when someone pays through the live account. Thanks!

The objective of having this is to lure the client into choosing a yearly subscription rather than a monthly one by showing that the monthly price for the yearly package would be lower.

This plugin would only be for the service correct? Is there a way to also re-send their client area welcome email? I agree these functions should come included in Blesta for sure. Thanks!

So I did a clean install of your plugin on a clean install of Blesta and tried to connect and already existing domain by creating it under the client without "registering" the domain again (I unchecked the use name silo plugin) and the domain name still doesn't show up. It still won't show up under the manage service the actual domain name you are working with. Just the package ".com". Hopefully this helps a bit more.

Here's a quick picture of how there's no domain being displayed, I tried adding a pre-existing domain I have in namesilo and connect it to a client I created for myself (to follow my personal domain accounting). lol, I am hard to follow. Right now I'm trying to see the management from the admin control panel of the domains. I logged in as a client (test client) and tried to connect my already created domains in name silo but wasn't able to. Whatever I created doesn't show the actual domain name under the service when you select it, it's just a .com package. What I want to know is if the fact that no domains are being displayed is because I'm doing something wrong or because I actually need to do the registration for it to appear under Blesta with the actual domain name?
