So im working with the license manager and i see some but not a whole lot of documentation. I just have a few questions that i feel arent really explained well.
What is the best way to create a Support and Updates package?
The Shared secret is what comes back from the software to validate, is it best to use the same one between multiple products for the same software? It also doesnt appear that the shared secret gets hidden after u save it IE shows ******* in the box... Should this be a concern?

That's a fair assessment, Blesta just feels like it was made as a billing system for VPS type offers not web hosting or anything else really.
I only expect it will get better in time, but right now that's the general feel of it.

Its on our Road Map - we plan to migrate fully to blesta just having some growing pains since WHMCS has been out so much longer it has far more in terms of modules and such... Right now were struggling with the normal stuff it seems other have issues with - Offering domains with shared hosting packages. ect.

Okay, so i know this is kinda a hit and miss issue but im wondering if anyone has been able to solve....
Offering domains with a cPanel package... i cant figure out how to get it to work like it does in WHMCS and i cant seem to find any topics regarding the successful implementation of it... If no ones done it, whats the best solution? Ive owned a lifetime blesta license since March of 2015 and im finally getting around to migrating off of WHMCS... lol
