    My order forms needs some updates because Blesta 3.3 ->3.5 added some new twicks to the order forms cores files :)  I will try to update this week

  2. Hello webhostau, I have tested the latest Blesta 3.5 and it dosent show any errors :)

     

    The only problem that shows is wen uninstalling "Support Manager" original (not my Support Manager pro), the "Support" menu item still shows on the navbar and you have to manually delete the Cache folder:

     

    [your-blesta-instalation-folder]/cache/1/nav/

     

    after you delet, averithying will work OK :)

    P.S- I will try this week to add rich test editor + client widget (alredy is done on my local dev) + Filter Tickets By Department :)

  3. Did you tested my support manager pro and found any issues? :) It works on latest blesta 3.5 without any issues :blesta:

    It as some extra features that standard dpsent have. Check my post and you ser all details :)

For now, we can change the renew date, correct? wen we change the renew date, and the cron runs it will generate a new invoice, so isnt possible to "Run Now" the invoice generation independent of the renew date? because the prupose of this is not to change the renew date but only generate an invoice baised on the current status of the service, and after payment it will auto populate the next renew date like normal.

     

    Can we get a CORE for this :P eheh ;)

     

    For now the only way possible in my point of view ie manually create an invoice, than after payment we manually change the renew date :blesta:

    I tottaly support you, unfortunately :)

     

    But we are here to help improve things ;)

     

    I have implemented a lot of new features, and have created some new Registrar Modules, you can check my signature the download and history

     

    I also have implemented a quick way to implement diferent prices for diferent types (Register/Transfer/Renew) and my InternetBS alredy support Email Fowarding and DNS managmente.

     

    For the "namespin" its a must, and is not hard to implement ;)

     

    If you need any help for enom, implementing some new feature I will do it gladly for free for all blestars ;)

     

    P.S- I really think Blesta 3.6 (maybe they will change to Blesta 4.0) will bring the new Domain System and also they will fix all issues with EU Invoicing :)

     

    Love blesta, they will rule Hosting/Domain/Services market ;)

  6. I've been a user of multiple billing systems to date, and they have all had good things, and bad things. Blesta is my favorite system so far, however, as with every other system that I've used, I've noticed some areas for improvement.

     

    I would make these avaliable as a plugin myself, however, I do not have the knowledge at the moment to make this happen..

     

    • Improve the support system: support Rich Text (or html) in tickets, and implement a WYSIWYG Editor for commenting on tickets on both the client end and the admin side.
    • Add the features of Support Manager Pro into the core of belsta; This would certainly attract more customers and seal the deal for them to use blesta.

    I unfortunately had a couple more things, but cannot think of them at the moment, the first bullet is the biggest thing that i'd like to see added.

     

    I'll try and update this if anyone mentions anything else, or if I think of any of those other features.

     

     

    1- I will try to add this on the next release of Support Manager Pro ;)

    2- I also love it if blesta added all my features to Support manager (they alredy added in the past the my "Multi Select" actions, and also Ticket "Response Quotes" ideas)

     

    P.S- I will add in the next relase a dropdown "Filter by Depatment" option to easely only show the Tickets for each department ;) and a Client Main Page Listing Ticket Widget
