Can  you make this a different plugin? 

I think Blesta needs some type of auto refresh for the Support Ticket Section.
 
As its a good way to see if a client has responded to a ticket. Instead of having to constantly refresh the tickets page.

Blesta should implement a feature to allow admins to delete ticket responses. as I cannot find how to do this from within Blesta I thought I would post it here.

There's a un-official plugin which has tick boxes you could ask if they could implant a close button. But it would be nice to have automatically on the support manager. +1.

Should be great, can close multiple tickets from dashboard / support.

Bug detected: Domain regist/transfer loop on order page.     Problem:   Wen creating, in this case in admin/packages:   (I have omit some fields that are not necessary)   Package ID 1 = Domains, Module = eNom, Group = Hosting Package ID 2 = Hosting Plan X, Module = cPanel, Group = Hosting Package ID 3 = Domains, Module = InternetBS or LogicBoxes, Group = Hosting   After that, we create an Order From, in this case:   Name: Hostin Plans, Type = Domain and Other, Domain Group = Hosting, Package Group = Hosting   Wen trying to purchase, it goes in loop on Domain Registration, it does show the Check Domain Availability, and also shows the button to "Order Selected", after that it shows correctly the "Configure" options, but wen clicking the "Continue" buttons it goes again to "Check Domain Availability", and dosent go to Hosting Plan Selection.   Then I have created a new Group called "Domains", and have change the Package ID 1 and ID 3 to the new Group Domains, after that I went to the Order From, and edit, and change the Domain Group = Domains, and saved.   The problem still the same.   Solution that I have found:   Finaly I have created a new Order From with the same configurations, and have worked.   I have not traced yet the problem, but its very strange.   Regards, PV

Alright, so I know that 3.1 isn't even officially released yet, and the guys are focused on that.. but I've been cranking on markup for 3.2.
 
It's a work in progress, but I think it's coming along nicely, and I thought I'd share and get your feedback.

We've heard some of you guys wanted a responsive Blesta theme, so that's what I've got in development, I've started working on this so you have another theme to choose from, and this again will be free and we will support this thoughout. 

 

That means if Blesta releases a new version, we will see if any templates are changed, if they are we will update it and release it for you guys to update your Blesta installation. I've added a few previews of what I've managed to do now they are below.

 

I will be working on this and other themes while I await for customer work so I can continue improve my skills. And as it's work in process it could change and improve etc.

(Of course it will check the modular options activated or not )

I know PCI level 1 is more towards those who do 4 mil. + transactions, not sure on the others as I'm not a banker or someone heavily involved in it.  I've never been aware of a transaction class for them, though, just more so what you intend to do with the data.
 
What Stripe.js does is send the card data directly from the browser to Stripe's servers, without the server Blesta is installed on ever seeing that.  It then returns a token/hash of the data that Blesta can store in the database without ever knowing what the card data is.  This is why Stripe created the JS library, so that it's client->server instead of client->server->server.  From my previous experience, once any bit of card data (last 4, cvv, etc...) touches the server that Blesta is on, it has to conform to PCI regulations, because its still sensitive information.
 
Blesta still stores some data.  IF the data is encrypted, then it helps tremendously, but that requires that the last 4, cvv, address, etc...(whatever it stores) is encrypted.  But, with how Blesta works now, that data in its completeness is still passed to Blesta, which means now the user has to at least conform to level 4 or 3.
 
Yes, network scans and such are still required even at level 4, though they are not as intrusive so to speak (takes a lot less to do than say a level 1 scan).
 
The whole argument here, and what has I believe been presented before, is that Blesta sees the card data (full PAN, CVV, etc...).  Even if Blesta doesn't store it all, it still stores some and thus needs to comply with PCI.  Using something like Stripe.js changes that so Blesta doesn't have to concern itself with meeting PCI and it can just store a token that it can then pass to Stripe and Stripe can map it to card data.
 
Basically any servers that see card data need to comply to PCI.  A token isn't card data.  You can still retrieve the last 4 and all that via the token.  It just takes an API call.

Yeah Blesta does it the real way haha.

The current "Blesta Live Chat", alredy support XMPP to connect to third party aplications like gtalk or Jabber, but we have disable untill some new features go into Blesta Core, because we fill like its better to make just  one full Blesta Android app (it was supose to be a suprise  to integrate everithing, tickets, clients and also live chat in the aplication), than make two separeted aplications to manage blesta an blesta live chat.
 
P.S- The first will be for Android, than we will make for iPhone/iPad and in last for Windows(8 mobile).
