Paulo remember our discussion about SolusVM and the username issue?  Enforcing usernames helps accomplish that.  It is also key in using the shared login plugin since a username is permanent where an email address is expected to be changed at any given point. Then there is the issue of username predictability (in some situations).  So there is going to many cases where email address won't be ideal.
 
The username function is very important.  I think there should be two modes that are configurable from admin that modifies the registration page.

this thread is a old one that we have already talked, but we have not arrived to any solution .
my sugggestion is to allow plugins register thier own tabs/actions to the modules . , a simple scenario for that .
i have the modules instaled cpanel , plesk directadmn , interwoks ect ....
i want to code plugin , let say csf_plugin , i want my plugin be able to attached extra tab to the cpanel modules , so we will have a new tab csf_unblock , with that tab we can acheive the plugin function . this is better than editing a cpanel or plesk module to include what is not needed by all .
another scenario
attache a dedicated softacoulos plugin to cpanel/interwork/directadmin ....ect ..
native cpanel module + extended cpanel plugin attached to it
in general attach a custom plugin to a module .
but the best of the best is to make ability to attach tabs/actions of plugins/modules and viceversa .

Sounds like a Softaculous cPanel bug to me.

I've come across problems with this feature more than a couple of times so I'm suggesting that there be a toggle for disabling the Email as Username feature on registration forms without having to edit the form itself (since it'll get overwritten on updates anyway).

Also if the email address method is used for usernames it's of my opinion that when the user updates their email address the username should be updated as well.  Otherwise it's no different than using the Username method and entering an email address.

I think it's better if they don't look identical, because then you can easily tell which is the staff and which is client areas.

One of my favourite themes so far well done. Not sure about the orange logo though lol.

Thanks for confirming it, PauloV. This has been fixed for v3.2.1, and there are instructions on pre-patching this issue yourself under CORE-1244 in the meantime.

They are improving the domain system shortly and they are also improving the coupon system as-well shortly.
 
Domains: - Having a table for different prices per Register, Transfer, Renew, etc.
 
Promotions: Making them flexible.

Not sure if this is the best place to put this, but it seemed most suited.
 
I'm wanting to gauge interest in a wrapper for using the license manager module/plugin that Blesta released.  This would interface the same way that the PHP sample does, but will be suited for Python projects.
 
Python is well-known for being a web app, among other solutions.  It has great backing and this wrapper will support 2.7+ and 3.4 (possibly lower).
 
Side note: I know Python wrappers are usually called modules too, but I didn't want to make the terminology confusing so I chose to keep plugin/module to reference Blesta and wrapper to reference Python.

Yes a option to enable a option would be nice under General on company settings.

I disagree, I like my usernames thank you but If it's a email address if I change it it should change the log in email address in my honest opinion.

I think it would be better if it matched the admin theme Color - Color - White.

So the email as a username function is a onetime deal upon registration?  That's kind of confusing to the client users I think. If people choose email address for usernames it's only logical that their current email address and any email address they change it to will be their login. That's how every sign-in service works.
I can delete that function from the registration form but it'd be nice if we can toggle it in the admin panel. But even with that it should still use the updated email address if that mode is used in my opinion.

I was thinking Dark colours might look good, so I did the Blue and Black one, I've done a nice Client area one too so it's perfect if you have a dark layout.

it could a good option if the client/visitor can select the language they want in the order form instead of the default language .
like the currency .

It's hard to make a theme that looks terrible, and that's kind of what I like about this contest. Lots of interesting themes to look at! Even if this one won't be very popular, nice work and thanks for sharing!

I get the idea here but unless this was made for Christmas, I'd rather not use it.  The contrast is too much, and you should never mix any two colors of the same spectrum (green/red, blue/red, blue/green, etc...).  It really is not good for your users' eyes.
