Jonathan
Showing the client name in search results is a must in situations where multiple client accounts may have services on a similar (or identical) domain with similar services where the only way to differentiate between them in a search is the client name/company. See the attachment for an example:
Michael
Maybe a tooltip over the client ID with the client name and company name? We have this on our SolusVM module.
Jonathan
The only problem with that is take a look at the screehshot there - if each of those had a tooltip it'd take you several minutes just to get through them whereas if it was just listed then you could quickly/easily click on the one you're after. Paul
This may require a join, resulting in a slower query but Cody will know more. Michael
serge
I agree, direct display in column, is in my opinion needed
Joseph H
Just an Addition, I think It would be a nice addition If It was possible to choose whether to include or exclude Inactivated client accounts in search results. serge

This would be handy but probably warrants it's own feature request thread serge and Joseph H
