There are some issues (such as Stripe JS support) which we require before switching plus other "nice to haves". Paul Posted June 6, 2016 Report Share Posted June 6, 2016 Yeah unfortunately in order to subscribe to a task you would need a user. Guest access I don't believe would be sufficient. It would be nice if Jira implemented a different class of user and didn't charge for those types of users, or at least charged a lot less.
