Blesta doesn't output headers for invoice downloads. All invoice templates must implement the InvoiceTemplate interface and send all headers themselves. This is how the default and quickbooks invoice templates that ship with Blesta work (they use TCPDF::Output() with 'D' parameter to force download). I've also analyzed the headers and only one "Content-Type" header is sent.

You should take a look at the company automation page (Settings -> Company -> Automation) and check which task has a spin icon and possibly red text signifying it has stalled. As Licensecart mentioned, it could happen for almost any reason, but depends on the cron task. We'd have to know which one is causing the problem to see what's going on. I don't think it's simply a false positive, especially when it has been recurring.

Hello all i want to share my logicbox modified modules with you . the module is the same as the core module , i just added some featuring code to avoid the imported domains problemes . for domains imported there is no order-id and ns fields , so there is no possiblity to change the name servers and settings . so , my module get the order-id and affiche it in the admin edit interface , it need just a update click to update the domains flieds . i also added the tabs nav . i'm searching now a way to make the fields updated auto when the admin or the client enter the manage domains . question for dev , how i can push update to databse inside getAdminEditFields function ?

Glad to see themes becoming more accessible and manageable! I appear to be a few days late, but will hopefully get some time to update my dev install and have a go at this!

Blesta 3.2 includes a feature that allows you to import and export themes. You can share your themes! We wanted to hold a contest. Participants are competing for 2 $50 Amazon.com gift cards. If you win, we'll need a valid email address to send the gift card. A winner will be chosen by the community for a staff area theme, and a client area theme and a $50 Amazon gift card will be awarded for each. The winning themes will be included in the next release of Blesta. We will narrow down the submissions to the top 5 or 10 in each category, and the community will vote on them. Rules Create 1 thread per staff or client theme in this forum, include screenshots and the theme file and a NAME for the theme. You may enter up to THREE staff and THREE client theme officially into the contest, however you may post as many themes as you want for feedback/discussion and select your best staff and client themes when you are ready. To enter your theme into the contest, reply to your thread indicating you want to enter it and click the "Mark Solved" button. All submissions must be received by Sunday July 20th at 11:59:59pm pacific time (UTC-7) On July 21st, we will review and select the top entries. Menu you need to clear your cache, go to your blesta install see the cache folder inside that, remove the 1 folder. Or you can re-save your staff group.

We have almost done more 2 order forms to be released, 3 in total We are going to make anouther one for you with one cloud only abut we have to show the "description" somewehere, wen we click on "Select" we will trie to make some tests to see where it fits better because the "bootstrap" compatibility

As RockIsland mentioned, this is possible in the core Support Manager plugin. If you have the setting "Allow only clients to open or reply to tickets" unchecked for a support department, then you can link non-clients to the portal page (the Blesta installation directory), where a button for "Support" will be available. They can click that to go on to create a support ticket.

Is this for v3.2 of Blesta using the bootstrap-styled LogicBoxes module? We may be interested in integrating some of these features, but anything based on what you've already written we would need to review first. It'd be great to see some documentation/explanation on what the new features do and how they function so we can gauge whether to include them. I think it's good to see others making improvements to existing modules. Thanks for the contribution.

It's not expected however it only happens to a few people, and it depends on different things: - Imports - Clock times don't match server - New installations and cron hasn't run - Cron fails and needs to wait - other things.

Tickets can be opened by non clients by creating a support dept. and leaving the box unchecked for "Allow only clients to open or reply to tickets".

Oh no worries at all, Paulo, I can relate. Tyson helped me accomplish what I wanted. I'm guessing that Blesta has no flag or setting for "email as a username" and so it doesn't know whether the user has chosen one or the other. The "email as a username" function is just on the registration form itself. Basically just entering a variable based on the user's email address. Same with the admin client edit.

Weel said I have been seeing WHT foruns and some billings systems are still a joke after being released as what they call "stable" lol

Well I've been using the beta since .02 seconds after it released. But I wasn't able to go from beta to stable as fast as I would've liked. Well actually a Blesta beta is more stable than most companies actual stable so technically I've been running 3.2 stable for awhile
