  1. When started doing webhosting business my main concern was to offer domains to my customers at competitive prices....but that was impossible, because at that time almost every registrar offered .com domains at 10$ or around that price range.......years have passed, and my business matured, ....over the years we spend loads of money on domains, thus providing customers with good prices, and now we have access to, probably, lowest prices on the market. What i personally would like is to contribute to Blesta community, by providing you newbies and pros access to low domain pricing, and to enable every Blesta user out to be able to have best domain pricing in their hosting offering. I am not sure if this is against the rules of Blesta forum, so i will not put any links, before guys from Blesta give their blessing..... This is just a sample pricing: Ah, also, my English inst my native language. Cheers

  2. Someone from our team may have more information on this on Monday, but Blesta uses UTF-8. If the characters are not UTF-8 prior to being imported, it may explain the issue.

    Company Only Contacts

+1 this would be nice. Have a company account, and then be able to add specific contact people to it possibly.

  4. r replying or creating tickets , PaulV methode is the best , it need a seperate table , is better and safe . if core support manager support the ability to let other plugins attach to thier actions i can write a plugin for that . but the probleme is attaching plugin to plugin or plugin to module is not supported now , w have already submitted a feature request for that .

  5. That's not a bad idea to share this. Being relatively new to the forums here, what I love is the sense of community and sharing. You wouldn't find this anywhere else with a commercial product. Would be cool to have a forum category for this type of thing, but possibly the posting restricted to license holders to keep out the spam. I think we can continue the "sharing is caring" philosophy! Just my two cents!

    Html E-Mail

If I am understanding you correctly, it's just a matter of editing each e-mail template. What I do is open each one and go into the source, then past the html template above the default text, go back to the visual editor and cut the default text and finally paste it on top of the template text. The framework is there once you set up your own links and such. Just replace the content accordingly. You'll see what I mean when you start playing with it. Here's my staff ticket email template. You can't see the button, but I replaced the login to cPanel with login to the staff portal.

  11. Thank you very much everyone; you have all helped me get to the bottom of this. So when the plugin is installed, it takes the entry in the language file I mentioned and writes it to the database in table: plugin_actions In this table you will find 2 rows with these entries in the "action" column: nav_primary_client nav_primary_staff (self-explanatory) and these 2 rows will have the "support" text in the "name" column. Just go ahead and alter the text in the "name" column for the rows. Like so: Then clear your cache by deleting the "1" folder from the cache folder (eg. blesta_install_dir/cache/1/) (or use the emptycache plugin by naja7host) and reload the page.

  15. It's becoming more and more important that we get The Marketplace finished up. Being able to install and upgrade extensions directly from Blesta, as well as browsing all extensions from inside Blesta or the marketplace website will make things easy. It will also have rating and review options.

  16. I agree, and the likelihood of it timing out increases the larger your list. Personally I'm happy to build my message, select my criteria, and click "Queue for Delivery" or something and wait it out. Then, when the cron kicks in and delivery starts, I can see the progress. If my browser crashes the messages will continue to be delivered and I can go back and check on the progress.
