yes that is what I usually do as I have it specified in my terms of service/aup that if any dispute is opened the account is suspended/terminated immediately and is blacklisted and you end up on fraudrecord as I have a zero tolerance policy on disputes and mostly that is what most providers have. 

I already am trying to resolve it with him via ticket Michael Dance.

this is using Michael Dance's BlestaCMS to handle the html and returning the output from the backend
It is also using javascript as well to make the form submit the request to the backend and then return the output using AJAX from jquery all without "refreshing" or "redirecting" the page like it should not do as during development I didn't want it actually redirecting to the backend on submit but instead to return the response from the backend on the same page with the form

well we have the anti fraud module working on php v7 and blesta v4:

The Phone Validation isn't working yet due to needing to possibly modify the core order plugin files to make that happen along with the form and html helpers classes dropped made the development of the form for the phone validation have to be rewritten to do it another way.

I don't know have you seen my coding I don't think you will consider it "pretty" and likely have hard time following it as I know that is what will happen so that is why I don't ever release open source modules because I know the backlash that will cause and it won't drive sales it will instead bottom them out(not because it is that bad but only because it isn't what you call PSR-1 standard lol)
I have my own way of coding things that produce the same result of the PSR-1 coded code just in a different way.
Though I am currently making my own vps panel though so Proxmox for me now is irrelevant lol(since well I am currently building my own vps panel instead to run xen,kvm,openvz). 

really you wasn't aware of michael dance's aka @Licensecart 's blestacms product? because I have been using it for my whole website.
it is better then wordpress and about the same easiness that you get with wordpress as well.

probably will have to do that.

No Comment is made at all on the new version release date codenamed "FraudRecordv2" which will be a update and major new release for this module to support phone sms and possible voice verification.

yep working on my next project for blesta eg fraudrecord anti fraud module v2 codename which is just my fraudrecord anti fraud module with added support for text/sms or phone verification using like twilio or someone

yes this module does implement a suspend,cancel function otherwise what use would it be?
that is very possible using a flag in the module and I will add your request to our "to-do" list and I cannot guarantee this but your request might be in the next update. 

so you finally ported my verification panel from the license manager plugin to a separate plugin @Paul ? if so good job it was going to take me way too long to build a plugin from scratch to support this.
