Kangaroo reacted to serge in Service Unsuspended Automatically But No Invoice Paid.
Thanks for info,
It's just happen once for my first paid customer that buy monthly license to use (my blesta is using for that universal module + license module), and customer did not paid for renewall.
I will be checking other following customers in the next weeks as none other paid package expired yet
And just to be certain to understand the meaning of package option "cancel at end of terms"
- My free service (14-day trial) do have this option ticked
- My 3 paid service (monthly or yearly or lifitime) do have this option unticked (I was thinking when not paid they will be suspended, but still will be able as admin to unsuspend, or if customer paid late it's will be auto unsuspended)
I have one package by terms, there is no option to swich from one to an other (I did not wanted as not certain it will be working fine), and customer can not cancel service from client area.
So I suppose such kind of above parameters/setup I did should be very neutral as customers can not upgrade from one to an other (I wanted safety at blesta side) but customer can just order an other package.

Kangaroo reacted to Max in Dedicated Servers & Vps Module
Actually, we do support hypervisors other than KVM, such as Vmware vSphere and Citrix Xenserver HVM.
However only real hardware virtualization in which a virtual machine acts like a real server, and can perform a network boot like one is supported, and not container technology such as OpenVZ.

I think you may need to update the pipe.php file the error refers to to add a hashbang.

as always the installtion steps is :

2 - upload the html_invoice folder inside components/invoice_templates directory .
3 - goto settings & Invoice Customization , and select html_invoice , then select in type HTML/PDF .
4 - enjoy the content .
if you want to use your own template file , just go inside directory template , you will find the default one , copy it and change name , and change the html output as you want , then change the template used html_invoice.php
from
private static $template = "default" ; to
private static $template = "you_template" ; the magic here is you can use your own html template for invoices , just go inside directory template , you will find the default one , copy it and change name , and change the html output as you want , then change the templated used in Invoice Customization setting .
Best regards

Kangaroo reacted to Paul in Allow Invoices To Show Within The Browser Instead Of Forcing Download
You can't reliably force the display of a PDF invoice in the browser. Some browsers will not know what to do with the PDF and prompt you to download it instead. Rather, I think the better solution is to have an HTML version of the invoice that can be viewed in the interface. Then you'd have the option "View" and "Download".. view displays the HTML invoice and perhaps allows you to pay, or links to make payment, and download sends the PDF version as it does now.
We have a discussion going about this, but we welcome feedback on the details of how this should look.

Account access is a log of credit card accesses. If a staff member views a credit card, or the system decrypts a credit card, it is logged here. It's a PCI thing.
Transactions are transaction status changed. For example, if you refund a transaction, or if it's pending and becomes approved.

Kangaroo reacted to Michael in Front End Improvements With Order Form
Domain Name you can set in the languages if you are using a module, if you using the Universal Module you can update the label.
The left and right is because of the order form template you are using… Not a Blesta issue if you are using custom order forms.
