  1. I see that we can sort the packages within the 'package groups'. How about the ability to sort all packages on the main package page? domain.com/admin/packages
  2. When selecting a client, is it possible to search by the company name and/or first / last name instead of the client number in the URL? Similar to the way a support ticket works when you're searching for a client. For a future release, maybe consider putting this option as an 'action' within every users account instead of off to the reports page.

  4. That seems like it will work or even for simplicity, the ability to toggle on/off the ability to login if it was easier to implement. This would be a manual action done by the admin.
  5. This is to continue what was started here: When a client is marked 'inactive', they should still be able to login to Blesta. There may be a period of time where they do not have any active services but they want to come back and order in the future. As of now, they would have to create a new account and start all over again if an admin has their account marked as inactive. I feel a new setting and/or status should be made to disable login only if that's what a site admin wants to do. We like to mark clients as inactive so that we can get a more accurate idea of how many of our clients are actually active but there have been plenty of times where an 'inactive' client comes back in the following months / years to place a new order for services. Please consider this request and provide feedback.

  8. Paypal is not notifying Blesta only when Recurring payments are made. One time payments are notified. I have sent an email to Paypal and I'm waiting to hear back from them.
  9. I agree with you and I think there is a task to change this behavior but I can not find it right now. I'll keep looking.
  10. I forgot to respond to this. The IPN is correct. When a recurring payment comes in through Paypal, it is still not being added as a credit or applied to an open invoice for the client. If I don't manually catch this, nothing happens. I've looked through the IPN history in Paypal and the IPN is sent when a customer manually makes a payment but not when it's a recurring payment: /billing/callback/gw/1/paypal_payments_standard/?client_id=

  12. I'm also finding that when I login as a client who should have access to these Restricted Packages, they don't have the option to order these packages at all.
  13. I've gone through and set a few packages as restricted and given access to a select few clients. If I login as a client who does not have access, the packages do not appear but the group still appears on the Package Selection page. It seems like there should be a 'Restricted' option for the Package Groups as well. Can anyone confirm? This is with Blesta v4.2.2

    If someone can't reply in over a week, it's a good problem to have (meaning you're busy) but it's probably time to hire more staff.
  15. I am not aware of this being supported in Blesta. We use LogicBoxes and it's not supported there.

  20. I don't think WHMCS adds anything in like this either but it could be helpful. Maybe a low priority task?
  21. I haven't heard anything about progress but I know he's been working directly for Blesta on other tasks. One could hope this gets added to the core in the future..... We did request a refund and he promptly issued it.
  22. You need to rename blesta-new.php to blesta.php and then run the installer. It's named blesta-new.php by default to avoid accidentally overwriting this file if you're upgrading in the future.
  23. I thought this could only be done through the Gravatar site. That way an individual can set it up once and every site (that supports Gravatar) that they use with the same email address will have the image show up.
  24. I have to imagine others see this too: A client has numerous addresses and they add them all and then they can't remember where to check for follow up emails or which one to use for signing in and they create their own confusion. I personally don't see the need for all of those addresses so it would be nice to control it a little bit and cut down on the live chats and support tickets about it.
