  1. The issue is that the module is not sending the phone number. The phone number does exist for the customers account but the module isn't passing that value to the registrar.
  2. Our client has added a phone number to their account and we have it set as a required field when creating an account with us.

This is a new client being registered along with the domain. When I attempt to manually edit and activate the service, this error message appears: Required parameter missing: customer-id
  4. This is still an issue with v4.1.0 and may still be with v4.1.1 but I can't confirm that yet.
  5. I'm guessing this isn't a huge deal but I'm seeing this daily in logs_blesta?   6. I'm not sure that is supported right now but it may be in the new version that the developer is looking to get funding for:
  7. It should be shown as 'Credit Card' when your client is in the process of submitting payment and Stripe isn't mentioned anywhere. Once the payment is submitted, the invoice will show 'other' and I believe it is because Stripe is treated as a 'Non Merchant' Gateway if you're not storing credit cards locally. It's been almost 2 years since we used this extension so things may have changed a bit since then.
  8. I want to point out that we (EWH atleast) are looking for more than the ability to set different pricing for registration, transfer and renewals. There are issues mentioned throughout including domains remaining as active services even after a domain has been transferred away, no way to sync renewal dates automatically (that I'm aware of), no way to add privacy protection through Blesta directly, domains really need to be separated from the other services in the client area and admin area (it's really hard to search / filter when you have a large amount of domains for a single client along with other services) and I'm sure I'm missing some things. At this point, we'll take what we can get but I do have to agree that this should have been built in to Blesta back in v3.x somewhere. We didn't use Blesta before v3.0 so I'm not sure how domains functioned there but that was long ago.
  9. @Paul I don't know if this has been discovered / considered or not: When a client transfers a domain away, the service remains active in Blesta and should instead be marked for deletion from Blesta. Right now, it's a manual process to check and schedule cancellation and often times falls through the cracks if there are multiple domains being transferred away.
  10. Same here. It's really hard to offer domain promotions and continue to boost sales of domains right now. Hopefully they have something to beta test soon.
  11. The Blesta team is working to overhaul the domain system but I have no idea of how far along they are. My guess would be that you and other developers would want to hold off for a bit to see what they have in the works. Hopefully @Paul can chime in with an update.

Right now, if you're adding a service on the admin side and it has add-ons that send a welcome email, there is no way to say 'yes' or 'no' as to whether or not these confirmations should be sent. The 'send order confirmation email' checkbox only controls the email for the main service. It's my suggestion to add a checkbox next to each add on to give us the control over whether or not each welcome email is sent or not.   17. Just a suggestion but hopefully you're never in this position again. A notification on your website or a quick post to Facebook to reassure people would have eased a lot of their concerns.

  21. v4.1.0 The 'Users Active Today' tally on the dashboard is incorrect. Ours is showing higher than the actual number of clients who have logged in (including additional contacts). It seems like the timezone could be off and it's counting a few from yesterday along with today's logins.
  22. Can you access the older downloads through his portal and then try a test downgrade on a copy of your existing site?
  23. Can the plugin be downgraded a couple of versions? I know the earlier versions didn't include a license callback feature.
