in my post there are two issue ,
1 - FIRST ISSUE 
first is simple i think  , just dates display . so a simple example .
Service Created in : 29-9-2016 for 1  year term . SO renew date is 29-9-2017 , Invoice Creation set to 7 days before .
The client show the fallowing in any date before the invoice is generated for renew.
Creation date 29-9-2016 , Renew date 29-9-2017 .
after the invoice is created he will see
Creation date 29-9-2016 , Renew date 29-9-2018 . that is confusing for him and us, normally the renew date should be updated (at least in the view) when invoice is paid .
2 - SECOND ISSUE 
this one is a bit complicated , the next invoice should be generated in 22-9-2017 , because 29/9 - 7 days = 22/9 . the invoice is generated in 23/9 . more sample in this thread
This problem has appeared only when we have moved from v2 .

i know it already talked this subject somewhere , i sorry to reopen the subject again, but is something that we are forced to talk in it .
blesta when generate invoice for renewal, the renew date of service change to +1term , so if the service is expired in 5-10-2016 , it show 5-10-2017, and this is confusing for our customers, some of them didn't pay the invoice just because they say their service will be expire next year!!!!
so this need some care, dates are essential for relation between the client and their services, date renew is not the date where the next invoicing date, so Next Invoice date si not the renew date .
the same with suspended date, i can't imagine the service will expire 9-10-2016 and is suspended two days later when we set Suspend Services Days After Due to 1 day . this already talked in a long thread with Mr Tyson. and this is cause of how blesta calculating dates , for me and for the all world the next day begin in 00;00 , for blesta the next day depend in time who the services was created, a simple case
Service Created in 10-9-2016 14:00 .
Renew date are 10-9-2017 14:00
Suspend date are 10-9-2017 14:00 + (Suspend Services Days After Due) let say 1 Day , this service will be suspended in 12-9-2017 when cronjob run .
normally blesta should take the calender date is begin in 00:00 nd not in time when the service created .
this behavior is affecting also invoices and reminders , but those is not trivial for us as the Suspension date and the Renew date .

AS the actual , all plugins route are always plugins/plugin_name/controller .
i suggest if the plugin can have it our route file and the route try to load any plugin's route file to include theme in the config route .

i have already talked about this , but i don't find the post , so i will post it again.
the client can access any service that are in pending status,  so i suggest disabling the manage and the tabs view when services in pending status .
this behavior is related to all modules in blesta .
the same for service client info expand table
this behavior was also affected the suspended services in the past , but it was fixed when auto cancel plugin was released , because the client was able to remove the cancel set by the plugin, i don't want wait until release other core plugin that will affect this issues to fix them .
The clients didn't has any control options in the services if is not active . He only, and only can acces his services if is in Active Status .
 

In v4 , i have noted that it not possible not change a package module when already a service activated with this package !
the question what is the limitation that has blesta added this behavior .
i'm as admin , a need the option to change package module even if already services use this package, as i know what i do and i know this will impact the services fields and services relation . in so many case , i'm and some blesta clients use the universal module as a temporary module until we get the module we want , then we change the package module, and we edit every service manually, that way the client services remain the same, as now, we need to create now package, cancel client's services and create new one !!!
is possible to remove this lock ?
 
 

have you tested or even read about PHP Mylist ?
i can't enter to debate now until i test it in a real production . but allow sending 5000 or more in one shoot is a killer function .
 

so it attempt to send all the emails in the one shoot ....
i really prefer if a setting that we edit to set how many email is sent via every job , like 50 email per job , so we will send 600 email per hour . this is can be limited to the emails fetched from the request in cronjob .
from my case, more than 5000 contacts i can't email or try to do it in one shoot . also google, msn, yahoo, they have filter to block ip that use abusive send .

I believe this is one the best third party plugins for Blesta. This plugin has all the features required for a working helpdesk system. Thank you. Oh, when this is updated for Blesta Version 4.0 I will be donating again. Keep up the good work.

Due to the Blesta updates and the constant changes of the cPanel API, the module has been broken down over time.
I have received several messages here in the forum commenting on various problems they are having with the module.
In addition to this, several bugs and even security issues have been found, many of these directly inherited from the old cPanel Extended from ModulesGarden code that was released under the MIT license.
As a solution to all these problems, we consider that the best option is to completely rewrite from scratch the module using the latest cPanel SDK (Authentication by Tokens) and the latest development standards. (PHP 7 and PSR-2)
The process of rewriting a module as complex as cPanel Extended is a very time-consuming process, so it requires the development team to be full-time involved in its development to ensure a quality and safe product. This is one of the reasons why we are raising funds, in order to finance the time that will be spent on development.
Because cPanel Extended is a totally free, ad-free and open source module, it does not represent any monetary income for us, so it is complicated for us to schedule specific time to maintain the module, therefore we decided to make the next version, a paid module, in order to afford the time of development and maintenance and avoid abandoning the module.

Fixed the problem that requires a License for install the module. Now, You can enable or Disable some sections for some specific packages. The proforma invoice should has more improvement , as this is a big bug for us . 
Finally the only real solution not just for this , but also for European law regarding invoices/proforma info is to store all the invoice infos (name, adress, fone dates ...ect ) .

 
 

the same here .... in my blesta system i have Bootstrap and font amesone as a vendor , that way i update just the files in vendors folder rather than update any plugin or theme use it .
also i'm surprised that the admin area use a lot of bootstrap look but is not bootstrap library. is there a technical obstacle that prevent from using bootstrap in the admin area ? or use any other framework like http://semantic-ui.com/ .
